(Well, it might be a little more complex than that, but I wouldn't know.  Lol)

know of a provider that bought a downtown LA condo several years ago for $500,000 (I went with her to the closing to make sure she didn't did fucked in a way she wasn't expecting), all cash, and now it's worth $1,300,000, so there are SOME that manage their money correctly, but I agree with you, MOST have not properly prepared for retirement from this biz.

Back a few years when the real estate market crashed in Vegas, a few girls I know gobbled up real estate, duplexes, fourplexes, single families homes on a cheap and now they doing well. Some flipped a few houses as well.

NO chance of getting wings and going to heaven.  They are naughty . . . .  VERY naughty, . . . . . but that's why I see them.  

There is a huge range of incomes in the biz.  And just like anything else, the DNA lottery plays a large role. The hourly rate always looks enormous even for lower end girls, but it is the regularity of gigs that matters in the end, and that's what seperates the winners from the losers.

For every savvy lady who made big bucks and was smart enough to save / invest it to give herself a secure future, there are hundreds that spent it as fast as they earned it.  I personally know one who was making >250k a year at her peak and now, less than 10 years later, lives with relatives and struggles to survive on a minimal welfare  payment.  She blew it as fast as she made it on stupidly expensive cars, drugs, and just dumb crap she didn’t need.
