I'm especially close to a former Kgirl provider who has retired to Korea. She was a internationally certified yoga and pilates instructor in Korea, but could never put together the money for her own studio. I met her when she came here on a three-year plan about 8 years ago to earn enough to set up her own studio in Seoul. I was a customer, and then a friend. When she was off, we would take weekend trips together and she got to see a lot of the US traveling with me. She finally had her money, and went home and lived her dream, which is now a thriving studio with over a thousand members and about 20 instructors.
You can imagine my surprise when six months after she left for good, she invited me for a visit. She hosted me at her place and spent two weeks showing me around the city. We became a lot closer in this completely civvie setting than we had been during our friendship while she was a sex worker. She's a photo-hound, so I have over a thousand photos of us doing things together. There's almost a 25 yr age difference, and I question her about that now and then, but she credits the time she spent here as a sex worker for her discovery of the joys of being with older men. (I guess to some women, a better foundation is built with seasoned wood. - Lol) We enjoy each other so much, every six months since then, either she comes and stays with me, or I go there and stay with her.
Its a great friendship that I'm sure will last a long time. I just have to figure out how to flip the schedule for this year. Somehow, this year has me going to Korea in December, when its minus whatever outside, and her coming here in June, when its nice and warm. I think the fact that she used to be an exhibition water skier has something to do with her wanting June here. Lol
There have been several others who are not AS close, but ever since they retired, we still get together for lunch or dinner every few months and catch up. Other times they have a question about something. I have a knack for being able to "explain things." One came and stayed at my house and took care of me for a few weeks when I was recovering from a surgery a few years ago. It was a very unselfish act on her part.
