New to the hobby. Wondered about "tipping." Have got burned before when I never knew of TER. Is the hourly donation supposed to cover all activities? I know it's a stupid question for most of you but I have no idea. thanks

Tipping is ALWAYS appreciated.

Tipping is not expected, nor required for most independant girls. (But still appreciated)

Tipping is definitely expected and sometimes required with agency girls.  Some agency girls have minimum tip requirements, and those go up with certain activities.

Do what I do with my providers. Bring fresh flowers and maybe an inexpensive small stuffed animal; this goes good, especially if it is your first encounter with a particular provider. Most guys thing that this is a dumb idea. Let me tell you, it pays great dividends. Because it shows a provider that you mean to treat her like a lady instead of just a piece of meat.

Almost, if not all indies are all inclusive your one time donation covers all activities that she performs .. No tipping required ... Agencies call it tipping but what you are actually paying for is a charge based on the services you seek .. an agency fee is always required up front .. then they'll discuss their "tips" for services so much for a bbj, so much more for DATY (if they even will) and so much more for full service... stay away from the agencies and see an indie ....

While I agree that, in general, indies are preferable to agencies, not all agencies work the way that you describe.  There are some good ones out there.

I always show up prepared to tip - and determine from the service provided if and how much I will tip.  For me it is one factor in determining how the lady will think of me when I'm gone - especially if I am going to want to see her again.  And I KNOW from 'working friends' that when a girl looks back on a week of pounding, she remembers very cleary who treated her extra nice and that influences how she thinks of you.  Given five requests for appointments, she will prioritze me ahead of others based on our history and her hope in a better than average rate (while I am happy to oblige so long as I get better than average service)!

 As for presents going in, I find these set the mood for the encounter that evening, so tend to choose things like candles, oils, chocolates, wine, etc.  

So for me its about a) setting the mood NOW with presents and b) setting the mood later by tipping!

Here's Vegas ... A very nice indie ... anywhere from 250 to 350 per hour session (there are higher rates) but in general most indies fall into this area for an hour session.  Agency .. anywhere from 250 to 300 just to get her to your door .. then add an additional 200 to 300 for services, and the biggest problem with agencies in Las Vegas is that 95% of the time the girl you ask for is NOT the girl that shows up and Vegas has so many visitors per year that the agencies thrive on the one time newbie. Unless agency is a KNOWN ENTITY (i.e., Belle du Jour, etc), indie/brothel only are reliable. In reality, indie only, as brothel work is all about giving you minimum service for maximum cash. To the girls (and in many cases, their "handlers"), it's really a game.

A plethora of local indies have a presence on TER, most if not all worthy.
