You know, most of us guys on TER are professional...I admit, Im guessing. We all have our own businesses or special contacts. Why dont we all get together even in the form anonymity here on TER and see how our businesses or cantacrs can help each other. Please dont flame me. Nothing wrong with expressing ideas. I think it could work if there was an arms length site set up for the purpose discribed in your note and people dedicated to getting it up and running.

Damn, i wish i could remember who that radio commercial was for. I've heard it thousand times. It could be a great idea. Those of us who are self employed or hold positions with some influence with our employers could come by some good business dealings. On the other hand, with every degree of seperation comes a degree of safety so to speak. I'm not sure i would want to mix business and pleasure you might say. But it is an interesting and possibly lucrative suggestion.

I was wondering what stores would be TER friendly and if I really cared. I'm not a shopper or was that meant for the ladies?

I've met, selectively, some very interesting, nice people whom i am happy to know, some even as friends. If business ever comes of it fine, but the personal value of the contacts has been very rewarding.

I find myself constantly putting deals together when it comes to RL business and my clients.  Hell, I should charging a finder's fee....  I'm guessing at the rate I'm going, I've probably put together somewhere around $25m together in deals.  LOL  "Hey, could I see .5% of that, please!?!"

I would make it a lot easier for me to deal one on one with clients, too.  There are a million-and-one things I would/could barter.  I have a business (er, not the escorting business), and could really use some payment-in-kind clients -- attorneys, taxes, marketing, printing, products, construction... you name it; I need it!  Anything and everything!  LOL

Hmm... maybe I should just start putting out my own "ISO" posts....  "Real estate and tax attorneys needed, Palm Beach area?"

It strikes me as a rather odd question for a survey in the first place.  How would one ordinarily even know?  But putting that aside...what makes a difference to me is service, convenience, selection, & quality that isn't over-priced.  That's true for whatever type of establishment I'm doing business with.  I could care less about the operator/owner's views on TER or the hobby in general..I'm a customer only for the reasons I've mentioned.

Thank you all for your insight. Im not saying we should share all of our personal info, hell I have a business and I sure as hell dont want anyone knowing anything more of my personal life than where I work. We could just know what we all can do for each other as fellow hobbyists and providers. We can give each other killer deals on whatever it is we do or put us in contact with someone who can help us, Just as we share info on providers and providers share info on clients who are known to be safe, courteous and non LE. -Joel
