Why are there never anyone in the TER chatrooms?

I try to pop in when I am hanging out on line doing homework.

Even when there are people there, not much seems to go on or there a simply a few who already know each other...

I thought they were only active when providers were featured.  Yet another feature to xplore I guess.....  Maybe I'll see you all online soon.
