I just watched the season opener for Tru Blood on HBO.  It was awesome, I got into in by accident and now I can't stop watching it.

Yes, I admit it, not only do I hobby, I watch Trueblood. Sorry, probably gonna loose  alot friends.

Despite my literary pretensions, I have not missed an episode (I know I am going to hear about this from an number of venues, just be gentle)

It started out good circa season 1 but then it just kept getting cornier and cornier. I mean, wear-panthers? Come on.

I am addicted to the show.  I was a little disappointed with the season premiere, especially after waiting so long.

I've read all the Sookie Stackhouse novels and while I love the HBO series it's so far afield from the books that I can't fully connect with the show at times. The story line in the books is much better in my opinion.

Still it's lots of hot, sexy stuff.

Watched it on my iPad last night, and while I thought it was a little slow for a season premiere, there was that lesbian scene that was quite nice on the small screen

I usually save a few episodes and watch them all at once.

Well, the programming is a bit far out, but there's usually something that is funnier than hell.  And isn't it great to see the bad guys burn up in the sunlight.

Of course, the main attraction for me is the constant array of hotties ........... kudos to the casting director.  LOL

I was really bummed out when they killed off Lizzy Caplan a while back.
