I've seen about 6 differant women. Every one has had implants. Until I started the hobby I had never touched fake ones. I'm somehwat surprised that I now find I really don't like them at all. They are awesome to look at in cloths but after that they are hard lifeless and not much fun to feel. Even sucking them isn't as nice as a soft pair of real ones.
Reading reviews it seems like most guys like the fake ones. I'd be curiuos to hear what people really feel both men and women.

I prefer natural. Most of my FAV's are that way. However, I know a few ladies who've had fantastic implants.  Good surgeons, good skin, good genes.

When I read reviews looking for a provider I would consider seeing, I have a few criteria;

1) Non-smoker
2) Real boobs (usually c-dd)
3) Delivered as promised

This is definitely YMMV but real boobs has always been my preference and I will rarely see a provider with fake boobs. I had the same feelings when I regularly went to men's clubs. I would watch the ladies on stage and pick the ones with real boobs.

Implants are so pervasive, I would not disqualify a provider with them.  My personal preference is for boobs with responsive nipples, that is nipples which  stiffen to the touch, kiss or lick.  It's one of those responses that's hard to fake and real ones almost always respond.  Enhanced ones often don't, even if the lady is aroused enough to be wet downstairs.

I would prefer a set of natural 32 B's over any size fake boobs.

I'll preface my comment with the fact I'm an ultimate leg man and whether the lady has big, small, real or fake boobs is not really important to me.  Don't get me wrong, I enjoy them but for the most part their attibutes will not alter my pleasure experience.  With that being said, charlottenoble makes an excellent point.  There is a huge spectrum of possibility on just how good the implants can be depending upon the factors that charlottenoble mentions as well as match of implant boob size to the girls body.  For example, I just don't get it when a small, 100-lb girl gets DDD's that seemingly weigh 40% of her body weight.

One last observation:  I've noticed a new trend in high class strip clubs where a lot of girls are not only natural but rather small sized.  I sense that the 'difference' factor is exciting to guys and driving more tips.  Up to now almost all dancers have huge implants (and long blonde hair) and the new trend is very refreshing.

I have seen a couple of gals who have GREAT implants... had they not told me, I would not have known... so....  I guess - look at the surgeons past work, think about how you will like them in a couple of years.... and then, well, get em matched to your body...  

but as to what I look for?  I look for a figure that "goes in" at the waist... non-smoker... real GFE.... seems to enjoy herself!  that all goes to making a great session.

I prefer natural breasts...any size.

Also not a fan of tattoos.

I've always liked the real ones but must admit that some of the new ones are so natural looking and feeling that one wouldn't know the difference unless told. Modern technology is amazing.

Such boob jobs are so well done that you really can't tell. They still feel soft and natural. Not all are as bad as Pam Anderson's. Of course, nothing beats the real thing!

whose breasts look natural and appropriate for the woman's body type size and stature.  In the hobby, I've learned I am most attracted to slender tall athletic women, though I do enjoy most shapes and sizes if the provider is smart, mature emotionally, and has a good sense of humor.  I've observed that if a woman is fit and in good condition, and has natural breasts, its rare she will be larger than a B cup.

I'm not a great fan of fake boobs.
I know of one former provider who was very proud of her "improved" 36C's.
The problem was that in the 2 years I knew her, she had them replaced once and she was always saying they were tender or sore and wouldn't let the guys touch much, if at all.."be gentle".

I tend to prefer a natural woman of any size.

I have always wondered what some of these ladies implants are going to look like when they are older and the rest of their body "drifts" a bit.

Natural "twin peaks" are the best.

I don't like fakes for the very reason you cited...they look great in clothes but they are actually UNapppealing to the touch. It's a let down when you see a nice rack and get all excited, then you get her clothes off and they are rock hard fakes.

My ATF has fake ones but damned if they aren't the softest most squeezable tits around. Her plastic surgeon is truly the best.

The hobby presents a situation not common in the civvie world in respect to boob jobs.
In the civvie world a woman’s boob job is more often only seen, and usually with clothes on at that. If she has a SO his actual time physically enjoying them is also limited to .0001% of the time.  

A Pro is constantly offering her boobs up for what they were intended. Because of this their particular augmentations are scrutinized far more often and severely than the Civvie woman’s boob job.

 Compare the time you spend WATCHING TV with the time you spend adjusting the dials, and then just be thankful there is such a thing as TV.

Yes, well, a natural penile enhancement beats the hell out of a 4 inch midget anytime too. But you don't hear us whining about the fact that the midget Gods went overboard in creating men of modest stature.

God saw fit to give me natural D's. They are heavy, and I've been toting them around for 30 years. When I was 20 they already sagged from the weight. Get over it. Its natural. You won't find a woman who is generously endowed who's boobs don't angle more towards the ground than they do the sky.

But in order to make you happy, a woman should put herself through risky surgery and risk infection and possible life long disfigurement (the ugly side of cosmetic surgery no one ever wants to talk about.) Thanks but no thanks.

..I like fake ones. I don't like the ones that don't look natural. Some you can tell the gal asked the doctor "can you make them big as a Buick?" and the doc obliged.

Yet, I've met a few gals with fakes and even one who showed me her "before" picture and I'd have to say the fakes were an improvement. That girl was smart to go from A- to B+ in size, rather than try for a C or D since she was petite.

Almost every girl with fakes I've known eventually complains of a sore back because their muscles weren't designed to hold up the added weight.

However, they DO increase the likelihood that a woman will DIE if she develops breast cancer because a malignant growth is more likely to go undetected during routine breast exams and mammorgrams. Women with breast augmentation tend to detect the presence of a lump much later than women without implants, and are therefore less likely to have a good outcome.

Although mammalian design gave them a practical application; the fact that they have provided a historically proven major visual/sensual impetus for copulation resulting in the continuation of the species makes "offering them up for what they were intended" no less important than suckling an infant.

I do not think of your lovely breasts.... first!  there are many other features that you posess that are far more attractive - not the least of which is your delightful mind!!

Talked about this the other day on another forum. I personally like real boobs compared to fake ones. Although it seems some of the fake boobs I've had the chance to touch lately have felt better than some other fake ones (all depends on the surgeon) I still like real ones, softer and I love the view when a lady lies down. Fake ones look a little strange if a lady is lying down.

My last two girlfriends both contemplated getting fakes. After I chimed in with my thoughts I told them it was up to them and what would make them feel better. I knew they wouldn't listen to me anyway.

Both decided to go through with it and after we parted ways, relationship wise I kept in touch (no pun) with them.

One loves hers, the other is undecided. While she likes the look she is having second thoughts after the surgery (she had beautiful B cups before surgery).

Oh well.

One example is Teagan Presley from the porn world. Take a look at her before and now after. She totally went too big and looks like a blowup doll when she had that sweetheart look before. Of course she did have a child so I can’t say how much her boobs changed after the fact but I just don’t like her look now.

I think it mostly comes down to the attention factor for some. Women crave attention and if you have bigger boobs you will get more attention. Pity.

My personal preference is the size doesn't matter as long as the are well formed. 32B to 36C is the range I like the best.  I have seen an A girl and 2 D girls.

Woman are ALL different, I don't try to go by one thing.  (ALthough I am NOT a fan of tattoes, 2 small ones is the MAX for me.)  I haven't gone out looking for a pair fake ones, they just happen to be on two of the wonderful ladies I have seen.

Quality of experience?  The only time I could feel the difference was when she as CG on me and arched her back while I was touching them.  I could tell something was there.  Did it make a difference to me?  For me, this hobby has been about connecting with her as a person.  If I have that level of intamcy (real or not), it is more than the act.  If I were in this hobby just to have sex and no human emotion, I  dont think I would like.  does that make sense?
