A bi friend recently told me that she has taught other women to squirt. I asked if she needed an assistant! 
Honestly I thought you did it or didn't and it was not something to be taught or women were just peeing on men to be honest. But I was wrong and it can be and yes your bi friend can teach women.
It's really not that hard I was shocked. But it can be taught.

And all feedback is appreciated but yes I am more interested how other women feel. But I believed for a long time women either could squirt or they couldn't.
I wasn't trying to offend anyone but to just let others know you can be taught how to squirt if they wanted to because it could be beneficial and maybe a lot of women thought like I did. It could actually be quite beneficial or helpful to others in this community.
Actually, the poster was right. According to NIH/ National Institutes of Health / The National Library of Medicine - The Study called "Nature and origin of "squirting" in female sexuality" concluded that: "The present data based on ultrasonographic bladder monitoring and biochemical analyses indicate that squirting is essentially the involuntary emission of urine during sexual activity, although a marginal contribution of prostatic secretions to the emitted fluid often exists."
What happens is pressure is placed upon the bladder muscle and involuntarily causes urine to "leak out." Essentially, if you keep doing this, your muscle will become so thin that as you age, you will need diapers. With every sneeze and every cough, you'll dribble more and more until it happens without contracting any muscles at all.
So, while it sounds great to those who enjoy this sort of thing, essentially, what you are asking to teach people is how to become dependent on Depends.
In reverse, they have a laser procedure that will tighten and thicken the muscle, and the effect lasts for approximately a year or so.
I think it's a great idea! I have been with a number of women who squirted, a few did not know they could until it happened. The first time I encountered squirting we were both surprised and puzzled.

Squirting is just another sales gimmick. I wasn't in the hobby long before I noticed that a lot of the escorts pointed to a little wet spot on the sheets and claimed they squirted. I imagine that since they are selling a fantasy they felt they had to claim that, just like they fake their orgasms. But to me it is just silly and inauthentic. The best squirting providers I know make it clear to their clients that they’re not squirting machines. They have to be in the mood to do it, and a lot depends on the assist they get from their partner (see posts below). So they’re not going to squirt every time—it’s a YMMV thing. One provider told me, if a client insists that she squirt for him and she’s not feeling it, they get pee instead.
Anyone who isn’t into squirting can tell providers that, or even avoid seeing providers who’re known to squirt.
