I just thought you all might like to see this article- although I do not agree with its premise.

I hate O'Reilly with a real passion and think he is douchebag of the lowest order- but I think this is piling on a bit.

I think this, as all situations, needs to be considered on the facts.  Is he guilty or framed, that is the question, and not how we feel about him.

I don't think it's piling on in the least. When it comes down to it, guys like O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, et al. are simply human and flawed like the rest of us. That they have been given the greatest platfrom from which to add positive things to life..., well, we all know that positive things "don't sell many papers." Perhaps its his turn to be dragged to the muck and mire we know as the human experience. Sure, he may have damaged his reputation more than he cares to admit and yes, he's got the dough to defend himself, so don't go feeling sorry for the poor bastard yet, "where there is smoke, there's fire."

Fuck! Two hundred crab infested Hells Angels could rape Bill O'Reilly and leave his hypocritical, self righteous ass for dead in a NYC subway tunnel and I still wouldn't consider it

This prevaricating blowhard has set himself up as the spokesperson for the right -- the so-called party of family values and morals.  In truth, like the rest of those hypocrites, O'Really is nothing more than another phoney out to make a buck.  I have no idea whether he did what this chick Makris alleges, but I hope he did and I hope she cleans his clock....  MA
