This may not be what you're driving at, but I thought I'd post anyway as it has to do with a certain technique that a particular lady has used that drives me almost crazy.  It there was such a thing as an UBBBJTC (the "U" standing for ultimate), I've experienced it with her a few times.  OK..bearing in mind this is what worked on ME, here's what she did on those occasions.
