My buddies are giving me an early birthday present of two lovely young ladies.  Since this is my first time any suggestions on how I can maintain staying power and stamina.  Can't take the little blue pill because of a pre-existing medical condition.  Any natural methods? Any advice would be helpful?

Don't expect too much of yourself! If you get off on seeing the ladies together (some guys do, some prefer *all* the attention on them! then let them know that and sit back and relax and regain your strength while watching them play with each other.  Maybe ask them to bring along some toys to entertain each other or which you can use with/on them while you are recovering from your first round.

Be careful about "natural" remedies that include herbs or other drugs.  If you can't take the blue pill b/c of a medical condition, the natural stuff could be just as dangerous.

Anyway, I recommend doing a lot of watching, interrupting briefly, followed by more watching as you "relax, don't do it..."

I think that's a more pressing concern than your own stamina. You're going to have fun, and contrary to what a lot of clients think, the ladies don't really care if you're chief big stud or not. Chances are, they'd prefer a more subdued session anyway, easier on their money maker. MfSD.

Sportcar said he had a pre-existing medical condition that prevented him from taking the little blue pill.  I'd bet it is a heart condition.  If you are taking certain heart medications one of those little side effects is death.
