Its to bad company's get greedy (as in ibill). A mear $1.99 processing fee for our little $20 VIP monthly bill is crazy. Welcome to Corporate America....LOL

Then you get the processing fee from your credit card....or at least I do....

...but they should be "invisible" to the customer.

When you charge something in a store, VISA/MC takes a cut, but it's invisible to you -- the item costs the same as if you'd paid cash.

That's because fee is being paid by the merchant and not the customer. Every time a customer hands me their credit card it doesn't mean they are paying more, it means I'm working for less then the price on my sign.

When I received an email from iBill telling me they had set up a "virtual debit card" for me -- without my permission. Some research then showed that the company has a fairly shady history. It wasn't worth it to me to keep paying for a TER subscription at that point. Thankfully, they now offer CCBill, with which I've had no problems, so I "re-upped." :)
