2. charm, sweetness, respect
3. skill, size etc...

Also depends on the lady, some are very "present" but still view it as "work" if she does not keep some distance,what will she have left for herself? Others may view it more as...if I am participating I might as well enjoy myself as well!

I think the response from the porn stars has more to do with the fact that they have to accommodate the camera--and therefore are often put in uncomfortable positions for what can sometimes be extended periods of time.  How the act looks on video is more important than whether or not the girl is actually enjoying herself.

As for the providers, I'll let them answer, but common sense would indicate that they probably don't find every client equally stimulating.

From a guy's perspective, I couldn't.  There would be times when the door opened that I'd say, "Oh, God, NO!" and leave.  I can come up with a multitude of scenerios involving age, appearence, weight, health, hygiene, personality...

I have had two providers who tell me simillar things.  One who is now retired, says that she misses the biz a lot and not just the money.  There was a certain rush to it.  The meeting a stranger and the vast difference in the guys.  But she liked getting laid  a lot.  Now that she has been away for some time she tells me that the interest in sex is lower.

Let me put it this way.  If I was to do this "for love (of sex) and not money", I'd have to go out and get some kind of "real" job that would pay comparably.  That means I'm working 40 hours a week, maybe more, outside of the house.  No more daytime in or outcalls.  Once I get home from work, I still have to make dinner, take the dogs for a walk, do the housework, get groceries, et cetera, et cetera ad nauseum.  So now we're down to possibly one or two nights a week, and that's if I feel like it after all that.  And where am I going to meet all these wonderful guys if I'm that busy?  In other words, a good part of what the payment is for is availability.

Another good chunk of it, in my opinion, is for my nonjudgmental and accepting nature.  I don't question your morality or your motives, it would be powerful nice if we could expect the same thing in return.

I disagree. I have seen many providers who really love this job not only for the money but also for the action. Several have told me they love sex and that being paid for it on top of that is the best thing in the world.

That does not mean that all providers are the same or that they like it with everybody (who could ?), but IMO that they are ready to give the guy a chance, and are ready to enjoy it - provided there's something to enjoy.

I know my "off" days or vacations are hard because I go through withdrawl.  Also, during the holidays, I just wouldn't feel right bringing my little friend P Rocket into someone else's home.. it could get loud depending on what I'm doing with it..LOLOLOL.

Comparing what porn actresses do in their movies and escorting, is largely apples and oranges, although it wouldn't appear to be on the surface.

Porn set, director, semblance of a script, actors, directors, and techs that probably know each other, or have at least worked with each other before. And very much a visual medium, designed largely for male consumption.

I remember reading a post by porn star Keisha, she said that some of the positions that she was directed in to, on the set, were things that she would never do in her private life, and didn't do with her escort clients. I would imagine the level of enjoyment, by porn actors or escorts varies greatly across a broad spectrum. Watch any movie with Jake Steed in it, he always looks as if he'd rather be anywhere else but on the set, doing what he's doing.

That's not necessarily true... but if that's what you choose to believe, so be it. I will say that's probably true in a LOT of cases... just not all. The crappy thing about generalizations is that the are so, well... general!

In my opinion, most of the time women do enjow it. I believe that it truly just is on how the woman is feeling that day and if she is physically attracted to the man.
I am really happy to say that I enjoy it to the fullest and really try to have  a great time. It helps a great deal if both parties feel comfortable with eachother. If you don't kick it off all the way the first time, my opinion is to try a second time. In this business, a second time can change your first impression of the provider or the client.
