I like 'em big, I like 'em real, but I also enjoy nice fake ones.

But the thing is, I'm really turned off by the ones that look great but feel like concrete in a soft bag.  First of all, I'm afraid that you could damage them if you work 'em a little, and secondly, they just make you so aware that they're fake.

Now here's what confuses me.  I've been told that silicone implants feel real, and saline feel hard.  Which is surprising, since saline is just salt water.

But apparently it has something to do with the scar tissue that forms over the implant.  So they look all perky and sexy, but feel like traffic cones.

Silicone implants have always been used in Europe, and will soon be reapproved for use in the USA (the studies alleging they were dangerous have been discredited).

So is there any way for someone with saline implants to have natural-feeling breasts?

Is there anyone out there who has saline that DON'T feel like rocks???

ITS CALLED ENCAPSULATION & scar tissue is whats causes the encapsulation. scars form around the implant & it gets hard. you have to massage them frequenly to help prevent this. I dated a few popular actresses that had this problem

I have saline implants and even though I TELL men they are implants many still review me saying they are real.  They look, move and feel 100% real. I have had them for two years and in that time not one person has guessed that I have implants.

Hi Red,
From your pictures they certainly look real. Are your implants under or over the muscle?

I don't know for a fact, but I thought that the baggie the impolants came in were the same and only the fluid inside was different.  I also thought the reck hard sensation came from implants that were just too big or too full of fluid.

Now from what I see of Red's lovlies (wishing for click to enlarge pic...hint) I'd be real happy there.  I was just wondering about your location Red...Twin Cities..is that just a coincidnece?

How can anything UNDER the muscle look natural???  I mean when you flex that muscle it would seem that the whole thing would just dissappear or look real wierd.

Where are the Plastic Surgeons when you need them?  Any plastics guys in the hobby???  ...Hello....

What little I know about getting good implants is, that part of the trick is to not go too large, and another part is to try to put the implant under the natural breast tissue. I've seen some jobs (generally saline, although a few silicone as well) that were wonderfully indistinguishable, but all too many that were just fake and cyber-human-looking. I hate cyber-human boobs. Red-head's links look to me like naturals, so that is a visually well-done job; but I don't know whether they work tactile-ly.

Yet. :)

I have Saline Implants and they Look and Feel Very Natural.
I have had them for 7 yrs. and they even have a slight drop to them like an average breast.

My implants are under the muscle and my incision is in the arm pit, so I don't have any scars on my breasts. Another added bonus
was, since I was cut under the arm, I didn't lose any sensitivity in my nipples! Actually they ended up being more sensative! :)

I love it when my guys tell me that, they love my breasts because
they are natural and not fake. I always smile and think, Thank God, I had a Wonderful Dr. (VERY IMPORTANT)

Kelly

Kelly, so you haven't had any scar tissue buildup?

Did your doctor tell you why sometimes that happens?

One of these days I'll figure out a polite way of asking a provider how her great-looking breasts actually feel LOL!

I answer that in the original post.  Even though I tell the men that they are implants (and they are listed as such when you do a search, ) a lot of men STILL think they are real. I need to send a thank you note to my surgeon ;-)

They are bouncy, juicy gals ;-)  If I didn't know better I would think they were natural.  They even fall to the side when I lie down.

get yours to look SO real?

I've even seen silicone that don't look as real as yours.

Saline? how did you do it?

Were you already naturally busty and only went up a tiny bit?

And under the muscle nonetheless, yet they hang naturally.

Seriously, can you tell us more about it?

Or who your doctor is? or at least how s/he did the procedure so that yours don't look like 99.9% of the fake looking saline ones i've seen.

thank you,

Respectfully,

H

I recently had my saline implants changed to silicone (it is approved in Canada), and I love it!  They are now indistinguishable from my own breast tissue, though the saline ones weren't that bad.

I agree with the other ladies though, in that a good surgeon makes all the differnce.

For the most part, saline will feel harder because they fill the implant very full to aviod a rippling along the side when you bend over.  On it's own, a saline implant feels a lot like a waterballoon.  If you don't go for an implant that is too large, and you have it put under your muscle, your own tissue will be able to hid a lot of unnaturally firm feeling - and some people may not even realize you are enhanced.  The really bad feeling/looking implants are usually because the lady went way larger than she should have.

Silicone filled implants have a more squishy texture on their own.  They actually feel like regular breast tissue.  When silicone is used, it feels identical to rest of the breast, no matter how hard you press.

However, it really is a matter of personal preference, and I know of many ladies with the saline who have terrific feeling breasts as well.  Unfortunately I wasn't one of them, so I decided to switch.

I went up 2 cup sizes.  I have no clue how I got so lucky.  It must have a lot to do with my body cooperating and having a top notch surgeon.  Other than that I am in the dark.  If anyone wants to PM me I will send them the name and website of my surgeon here in Minneaplois.

I'm sure that it does happen, but its not real common.
I know alot of ladies that have had implants without any problems.

I think what is alot more common, are bad boob jobs!
Not all Drs. are Good at what they do.
Thats is why it is VERY Important that you find the right one.

Not sure,  my Honesty, won't come back to bite me in the ASS! LOL
Maybe I should have used an alias! LOL        Hi, Ikestr! :)
