I went to the mail page, read the directions, etc.  I would
venture a guess that this feature isn't enabled yet.

Some guys and gals try to get their full feature working, but its not enabled. LOL

It should work.  Just click on the private message from the person you want to ignore.  In the lower left side of the page you will see a button labeled "ignore user"  Just click it.

You always need to hit the right button to make it happen, whatever, whoever, it is!
