One thing that can delay the "moment" is the drug Zoloft. It's FDA approved as an anti-depressant but it's investigational use is for early ejaculation. It does increase lasting performance.
Now the drawbacks. While a very few percent have a reduced libido most don't also you can go for the whole hour and never finish because sometimes it can make it that difficult. Everyones body chemistry is different so you won't know until it is tested. Oh yeah and it's prescription only.
