To Staff:  

I have a question.  How are reviews, reviewed?  Is it through an indexing search looking for keywords, somebody looks at each review checking it's authenticity, or e-mailing / calling each provider for their take to see if they have seen the person who wrote the review?  

There are people out there who would like nothing more than to sling mud, or worse at providers because they have somehow been 'wronged' by the provider.  In the future, please review each post carefully.

An employee looks at each and every review.  It is a lot more work then most people realize.  TER receives almost 200 reviews a day. We try to catch most of the problems but some do slip through.  We rely on you, the community, to help us out.  If you see a review that "just doesn't fit” then click on "report a problem" and tell us.  We investigate all reports.
