I have just got some bs reviews today I have not seen these guys I suspect its another provider that hates me, I have requested from the moderator of the twin cities board and he refuses to do so.And they wont remove my reviews from the minnesota board
Because the moderator on the minnesota board  is not helping me .Can somebody here help me a forward this to the owner.

To report a problem with the reviews if you believe they are false, click on "report a problem" from your profile. Write a detailed explanation of why you believe the reviews to be false. Staff will review the reviews and why you believe they are false and make a determination on whether they feel the review is false or not.

Just email ter support and explain your situation and they should help you out...You have an outstanding reputation...
TER has to do this not Ben D.... so go get that problem report filled out....

Don't blame your moderator for not doing anything-- he can't.  Mods are volunteers.  They just handle the discussion boards, that's all.  

You need the paid staff to look into this.  Take the suggestion about reporting a problem. It's the only way.

Sometimes you just have to take the good with the bad. My third review is fake as a three dollar bill. I submitted a problem report on it, gave specific details for why I know it is false, but to no avail. Staff's decision is final. If you have already submitted a problem report, go to account manager, and click on my problem reports. It will show you the status of any problem reports you have submitted. If it says not approved, then you've done what you could, but the reviews stand as they are.

Don't worry hon, your other reviews are great, and the two new ones really aren't that bad. The most recent is really just piss poor writing, the review itself isn't bad. Hope you have better luck than me

This is a business.  It may be a hobby for us clients and we can "cum and go" as we like... but for you fine ladies this is your livlihood... and it is illegal, and unregulated... and there is so little recourse for you when bad things happen:  LE, the whims of politicos cracking down, safety risks from odd customers, "equipment malfunctions" and health risks, being stood up with no recourse - and then the dubious quality of the reviews on TER, where we (the "hobbyists") are motivated to write reviews to maintain "free" membership and, as people-will-be-people, there are fake reviews and - much worse - vindictive damaging fake reviews.

I wish... this were legal, frankly, and there was more chance for quality and safety in the process of matching customer and provider with the usual recourse on both sides in a legit transaction.

But it's not (legal) and there isn't (recourse) and so TER is about the best we have.  I hope, Mandy and Sins-of, that the quasi-anonomous but actually somewhat reliable ethics of the TER blog-o-sphere can provide some check and balance on the imperfect TER process and the truth will out.

You are fine people.  You deserve that recognition.  Many of us are very grateful for the services you provide... and for your hearts-and-souls shining through.

Anyone who decides not to see you based on 1 or 2 badly written reviews is not worth seeing.

I and I think most other hobbyist look at multiple reviews and form an opinion based on all, if there are a few poor review abberations, I generally conclude that the problem in those cases is either a spiteful person, or someone who was unclean or had no sense of proper etiquette.  I would not worry to much about a couple bad fake reviews, just ask a few regulars to post good ones next time you see them.

If I were in Minnesota, I'd be trying to get on your dance card.
