I wonder how effective such words  and phrases such as "donations" and "for time only" are effective in foiling LE.
"Donations" suggests the escort is a charity or a charity case, buth impications too arch to be taken seriously as a way to avoid legal sanctions. After all, when a mafioso talks about "whacking" everyone knows he's not talking about spanking a recalcitrant child, or even self-gratification. Do you think the criminal justice system won't is is not legally allowed to infer that this means fee for sexual services. "A rose by any other name "etc, etc.....

Fees for time only" seems a little better, but not much. An agreement for sexual services will almost always be seen as that, even by "dim-witted" cops judges, prosecutors, and juries.
To assume otherwise would be like a criminal can foil superman when  she takes refuge in the Ladies Room.

I understand that some gals might not want to spell out their services on the web, even if this country was supposedly founded on the basis of free speech. And even despite some gals listing their menu of services in no uncertain terms.

I wonder if any escort who has been charged w/ prostitution has escaped conviction because of the terminology she used to describe her services.

Perhaps "Fee for Modeling" is the best phrase one can use, if one opts to go beyond using the homely but inoffensive and workmanlike "fee." If the escort wants to drop an "r" between the "f" and the first "e" that would be quite nice, too.

BTW, if Bill Clinton knew of the erotic review, he probably would not have been disbarred. Note that the review has a separate place to note bj and another one to note sex. And hand job in so lowly, it's not even listed! So Clinton was not lying when he said he didn't have sex w/ Monica. He was just thinking like an erotic reviewer!

Not a lawyer, but here's how I'd reason it out.  Terms like "donation", and the standard disclaimer are indeed rather transparant.  Doesn't take much smarts to figure it out.  But it does keep the agenda hidden, albeit thinly.  So the ad itself is not illegal.  Sure LE knows what's going on, but it's one grain of sand on the beach.

Now let's imagine some (not very bright) provider posting "Best damn hooker in town.  Get the best f**k of your life for $$$".  Do I really have to spell out the rest?

Hiya How ....

The terms and euphemisms fool no one ... don't even think it.  Actions dictate what LE does .. not words.   IF, for any reason, the specifically TARGET you ... you're toast.   IF, they get around to you in the normal course of things ... you're toast.

Now with that said .. I'll make an example of where little things can help:

Ever heard of the guy who calls himself the "Top Gun" drunk driving attorney?   Well at first glance ... why would someone be in favor of defending drunk drivers?   It's a conscious act .. and just about the most dangerous activity that we average people could ever do (except perhaps ordering from Taco Bell Drive Thru) and why would ANYONE want to get drunk drivers off?

In truth ... he can't get a drunk driver off.  No criminal defense attorney can get a guilty client off.  It's never happened.   What they CAN do is force the prosecution to prove their case to the point of a guilty verdict .. and sometimes, if LE did not do a PERFECT job .... he can point out to the judge or jury the mistakes that the prosecution and LE made ... and the rules are ... if the prosecution can't prove it - it never happened.

Can they PROVE that a donation is in fact a fee?   Can they PROVE that a 'provider' is in fact a hooker?  Can they PROVE that a session was sexual for money?   Yeah ... they can.  With their eyes closed.

Unless they are Marcia Clark and Chris Darden.

I view the term "donation" more in the context of a religious "contribution". Certainly, visiting a provider is as close to a religious experience as I get these days.

On the other hand, possibly it's a "faith-based" sexual experience.
