How do you feel about dental dams during DATY?  Anyone insist on them?  Am thinking about becoming more safety conscious -- this is my one area where I could be more safe.

I wish there was a way to do a poll here. Maybe TER can put this on the main board. I would be curious to know how many lady's who allow their clients to DATY also provide denatal dams?

It is so funny how I've read on this site and others, where a provider will say, "I don't allow DATY", yet when you get them in a session, if you even indicate you want to do that, the same lady will practically have her ankles behind her head before you get the request out.

I for one have purchased and bring them along becasue I've yet to have a provider who supplies her own. I never understand how a lady will refuse to do a BBBJ but will allow bare DATY on her. It is for that reason I take that responsibility on myself.

I will say, after the lady gets over the initial surprise that I've even brought one, feel good that I cared enough to. I've asked and have been told that the sensation to the lady is different but still good over all. Its akin to a guy gettting a covered BJ. A guy may not want to wear a cover but all in all he still feels the sensation he needs to feel. I've yet to have a lady not have a big O or two or three with me using a dam.

For health reasons alone I would suggest the use. I will not engage in a DATY without one but that is just me.
