When an X-rated movie is shot, all the performers arrive with sexually transmitted disease (STD) tests, and most of the time, condoms are not used. Now I understand that a some providers may see 10 or more clients in a day, so condom use is mandatory, but are there any providers out there whom you can book for an extended period for an experience without a condom?

What if you booked a provider for a few days, a week, or more? You would start the meeting by exchanging STD test results (or both going in person to get STD tests... these days some results come back in hours). Has anyone heard of such service?

I don't have anything against safe sex, but it would be great if the sex were safe without condoms (e.g. both parties tested). I think it would be pretty safe, especially if you used some of the new AIDS tests that will turn positive within 10 days of exposure to the virus.

Hi Hon,

Very risky to say the least.  You can be exposed to HIV and it may be dormant in your system for up to 6 months.  Meaning that you can be exposed to the STD but not be infected by it yet.  Just because you are not infected by HIV doesn't mean that it may not be lerking in your system.  Would you even want to take the chance?  A provider could be infected with HIV three days before had and not be infected yet.  Do you know what?  Sperm can live up to three days outside the vaginal walls.  Ever here the saying "Sperm can swim".  Well, not exactly but it can.  A provider can have infected sperm that is not all the way in the uterus.  But it can be in the process of travel.  Do you know that if a young lady has sex with a guy and he climaxes in her.  That if the sperm is still there inside the vginal walls when you see her. That you can be infected not by per fluids but by the other guys sperm.  Yuck!

Just a thought.  Please stay safe.

Tia

Interesting... I like having fun, but not at the risk of my life!

I guess what you're saying is that most of the X-rated actors/actresses are taking a substantial risk each time they shoot a film. Oh well... just wish I had been born 20 years earlier, when penicillin could cure just about everything. :-(

Oh,

I almost forgot to make this point too.  Most of the adult videos that you see where there is no condom use is probably about 10yrs old or so. Or the two adult stars are really involved(husband/wife). Now a days most adult film companies make it mandatory to use condoms as well as have STD test taken.  Many adult stars refuse to work without comdoms.  I think, but don't quote me here as being 100% correct, but I think in some states it is mandatory to use condoms during filming. Just wanted to make that point so it can put everything in perspective.

Tia

Every year there are thousands of actors entering the porn film world. A number are willing to go bareback. That is all it takes to make the films.

Some STD's lay dormant and are not picked up right away, (i.e. if the person just had the STD transmitted right before the test)

Yes, there are a very small number of providers who may give unprotected service. However, this would be a horrible idea. Too risky!

This was offered to me on an extended weekend visit. I turned it down immediately. Frankly, it made me very nervous to be with her and ruined the weekend from that point.

I'm fairly new to this and have seen three different providers. Two offered. I started thinking it was more prevelant than it apparently is. (Sedona set me straight :) )

Be safe!

FunLovr,
The type of service you describe is available with certain providers... but, only if you know her very well (certainly not the first time). Sometimes it just kind of happens, as with an ATF. However, this is something between you and her, and NOT something you would ever put in a review or talk about on the boards very much.

Been there, done that way back when.  It is better than with a condom, there is no denying that but......

Since personal safety does not appear to be an issue for you, lets try an economic reality
IF, for arguments sake you were going to do this, from the time the provider tested until the time you had this experience, you would be need to be monogamous.  That would be quite expensive for you since at a minimum you would want her to be without exposure for at least ten days and more realistically longer.  Would you pay her for all the appts she missed?

If she were one of those mythical providers who sees 20 clients/week that would be a lot of cash.  And a low volume provider with higher rates might end up costing you more.

Food for thought.

I hope ALL you providers out there never buy into this death wish fantasy.

Unprotected sex with multiple partners will result in STDs.  THAT'S WHY THEY ARE CALLED "SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES"!!!

Condom use is a wise idea, even with a girlfriend or at least a new one. However, an SP who allows DATY; and almost all seem to do, can recieve or transmitt a STD by that alone. But it is not as risky as the exchange of fluids. That is IMHO anyhow.

Several years ago, I saw a cable show about Asia Carrera.  She was an early pioneer of do-it-yourself internet porn sites.

In an interview, she cited several personal acquaintances in the porn industry who, despite the required testing and documentation policy in vogue at the time, contracted STDs.  In most cases it was HIV.  Nearly everyone she knew who was active in porn contracted an STD.

If you are not monogamous, use the glove...

Many here know that I had an ATF (have?..if she's an ATF can she ever not be?  Semantics issue) who is now retired.   I still stay in very frequent contact so I know that she had and no std's nor have I.  I always  thought that she was very careful and squeeky clean.

We were hard at it one day and due to the action didn't notice that the cover had come off (I'd like to think that it was because of her fabulous vacuum technique rather than my micro dick) until we both had experienced the big "O".  We looked at eachother with a sudden realization and that moment of "now what?" going through our heads.

My point is that we were in very close (in love?) and this shook our collective worlds for a few months.  Neither wanted to be the barrer of the bad news and fortunately nothing bad ever came of it.

I look back on that with two sensations.  One is the fantastic feeling of flesh to flesh and the realization of why that one time felt so damned good.  The other is the lingering semi nausia producing feeling of what the next phone call might bring.

....playing Russian roulette or driving down a curving mountain road at night without headlights & seeing if you can get to the bottom without hitting the brakes are also exciting.

You put on the raincoat- you know you are safer-

I like the control of putting on the condom- I control my health and I can control my orgasm better with it on too

But that's me- the control freak!
