Well, Ladies and gentlemen, I was so pumped this afternoon. I had my date with another woman scheduled for this evening. I emailed her for the hotel and room #. She says she is at the hotel but doesn't give me the room #. (I am guessing safety.) I email her around 1:00 and tell her I will be away from my computer for the rest of the day. I leave my cell # and ask her to call and give me the room #. (In which she leaves it on my cell.) Ok, I leave my area and drive to where she is at...I arrive 20 min. late. I call the hotel and she does not answer. I call again, nothing. I then leave a message. (I didn't want to pay for parking and then she be a no show.) Well I am pissed..she doesn't call me, doesn't answer..nothing. I get home and write an email, her response was this...you called 20 min after the set appointment and I didn't think you were showing..sorry hon..
WTF...I am glad I wasn't hurt, or in an accident. (Because I was late.)
Gentlemen, I now know exactly how you feel when a woman is a no show.
What a waste of freakin' time.
Shaye
ps If there are any bi providers in the Philly area..I would love to play!!
Can I ask if you ever talked to her on the phone? I've had some guys call trying to raise their voices and pretend they're women. LOL
I'm sorry you had a difficult time of it. I personally don't take couples very seriously because of this. IT's usually the man's fantasy and when push comes to shove, it ends up that the wife had no clue and the date gets cancelled last minute.
Your disapointment could possibly have been avoided if you'd called to tell her you were running late and not waited till 20 minutes after you were due to arrive. Likewise, she really should have made the effort to call you before deciding you were a no-show.
All it really takes to (mostly) avoid disappointment and inconvenience on both sides is for both parties to communicate and let each other know if they are going to be late or if there is any other problem.
Personally, I hate being late as it stresses me out, however, sometimes it's unavoidable due to traffic. If I'm going to be 10 minutes or more late I always make a quick call to the client to let them know. I appreciate it when clients do the same in return.
From what I heard about BI's looking for providers in the philly area things are pretty bad. They want to transaction to become a fulltime relationship. That is what a BI provider told me once in the Philly area. She said the "Males are more reliable as clients".
sorry to hear you wasted your time for such a disappointment. I've had the same happen to me a couple of times before.
I would reiterate the above statement about maintaining constant communication. I learned my lesson when I only had an email contact wtih a provider that cancelled and/or rescheduled on me twice right at the last possible minute. now I always contact by email for inquiries of service, rates, or availabilty days in advance, then follow up with a phone call when possible to set up details. also, double check and confirm appointment time and location the same day of appointment, as well as make sure we each have the other's cell # available. so far this method eliminates confusion and seems to make some ladies more comfortable since everything is planned in advance.
hope this helps, wish you better luck next time sweetie mr.man
If you had called at or before the scheduled time to say you'd be late, she might have waited. You didn't show up at the appointed time, that makes you the no-show, not her. Shoulda called sooner. Her time is just as valuable as yours is.
"Gentlemen, I now know exactly how you feel when a woman is a no show."
*sigh* Proof that being a jerk is not limited to men. Sorry you had that poor experience.
That brings up something I've wondered about reading these threads: how common are female clients of female providers? By themselves, I mean, not as part of a male-female couple looking for a three-way. Are these clients most lesbians, open bi-sexuals, or bi-curious experimenters? It's an aspect of this hobby I know nothing about.
