Any providers out there that have had success in bringing new providers into the hobby?

Um, I think that might be a felony.  Did you mean you were wondering if anyone has any friends or acquaintances who have recently entered the hobby?  Let's be careful out there.

It happens to all of us ...

You're in the gym .. working out a little, and the person next to you is a 23 year old blonde spinner, hair in a pony tail that is swinging widly as she tries to keep up with the cardio.   You can't help but notice taht her full and firm breasts are straining against the confines of the sports bra .. her ass is so perfectly outlined in the stretch shorts that you can see the outline of her entire anatomy.

In conversation, she mentions to you that she can't aford the gym much longer because she doesn't have any extra cash at her $21,000 per year job as the second assitant file girl at the company she works for.   She mentions that she's so depressed about it that sometimes she goes out to bars where men will buy her drinks to forget her troubles ... and then naturally she sleeps with them out of a sense of obligation.

Do you just tell her "nice chatting with you" and move on?

Or do you tell her "honey, I may have an idea for you to make extra money.  Do you ... um .. have an internet account?"

Happens to me all the time - just wondered how other people handle it.

I just hang out there to get the loose women

Mine is filled with soccer moms who are tring to loose the baby weight (wish that was my excuse), serious teenage girls (-18) training for school athletics, or men my age looking to keep the weight off.  The Golds Gym down the street is full of iron pumping  type A personalities and the YMCA is full of 30+ career oriented professionals that use the indoor pool as their babysitter while they workout.  Still looking for the loose young women demographic.

Don't under estimate the looseness of soccer moms.
Most are unappreciated at home and looking for a little attention. (I love MILF's)

From the stories I have heard from some of the ladies I see regularly, they recruit their friends and relatives to work for the agency.

Most of the girls I have been with have been brought into the biz by a friend.  Not many just get into it all by themselves.  A couple have been talked into it at first by a boyfriend.  I have known several that have gotten rid of the boyfriend because they find the clients to be nicer and better lovers.  Go figure. When a guy is just trying to get a little extra cash.
