Thanks for sharing that, Anya. I'm anxious to hear the comments on the board. What did you derive? I felt it was certainly less condemning than the articles here; more positive about the fact that there are less SW's, and that the the industry as a whole is now less visible to the public. I haven't seen that positive point mentioned anywhere here, and wondered why they haven't. I mean, that's a good thing, right?
Also, it didn't mention any plans to 'go get 'em'; plans for stings, etc. Other than the arrest numbers listed, and increasing every year - you almost got the feeling they really didn't care much. WHICH IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!

I noticed the comment by the streetwalker who didn't think she wanted to try the Internet ("I don't think I would do it," said Kathy. "It could be scary because you never know who you are going to meet.") I would imagine most of the ladies on this board would say the same thing about working the street.

Since I see well-reviewed ladies, I don't think much about LE, so I don't feel any more comfortable when I am in Canada than when I am in the US. Should I worry about LE in the US?

I know, I thought that was weird too, I would be way more nervous getting in a car with someone I didn't know than meeting someone I've exchanged a few e-mails with in a setting that's prearranged.

Be well informed - as, to be well informed, is to be well armed. There are some sites that have some good information posted on it to read, too.
I also suggest you visit the Legal Board here and become familiar with some of the experiences mentioned.

I took care of a streetwalker once who climbed into a truck with two men that stopped on a busy city street.  She was rearended twice....then they all got hit by a car!!(lol)

If you follow your habit and see only well-reviewed ladies then probably nothing much to worry about.  If you deviate from that, then worry.  At the very least check out the discussion board for the city you plan to visit.
