I have a feeling the problem is some are still "girls" and not women. They're still a bit in that "oooo, gross" stage and have not fully matured into full bodied sexual beings. for I also think that younger ladies are not as of yet sexually matured. the health and safety concerns associated with male performing oral sex on female's genitals is primarily spread of herpes or possibly yeast infection. at present, there is some debate within the medical profession on coming into contact with genital warts during this activity. there is also always some concern (paranoia) over spread of hiv/aids. most health care professionals and sex therapists would advise the use of a "dental dam", a piece of latex usually about 5" square, for a protective barrier.
