Yes the differences are very different and specific. the stimulation of various errogenous zones can produce much different feelings.

For me Clitoral stimulation is much more intense. A G-spot O has a more explosive rolling effect. Now if you are lucky enough to have stimulation in both areas at once...well Nirvana has been reached. LOL.

I can have an orgasm by having my breasts stroked and suckled. This is also completely different. But I also think it depends on the woman and how intune to her body and feelings she is. I totally agree with Lass...I would also add, that anal sex, causes another kind of orgasm, since the walls are very thin inside the rectum, thrusting and pressure can be felt on the G-Spot, through them. I know that fisting is a topic is met with some degree of kink that just is not for everyone.  But my first experience was with my ATF prior to her retirement and was truely unforgetable.
