If I was married, and seeing the volume of providers I see, and my wife was seeing other men, it would give me MORE time to see more providers, and because she's also guilty, she's probably not going to be worried about me seeing other women, even if she suspects I am.  The only reason I would need to know for sure is if I needed a get-out-of-jail-free card to play if SHE catches ME cheating.  The best solution is my first one, don't be married if you are going to be playing around.  If she is cheating and you're being faithful, you get a divorce, then morally and legally, you have done the right thing all the way around.

Second, the best solution isn’t always divorce.  Why is cheating going on?  Why does this guy want to entrap his wife?  Have they ever talked about their sexual needs, including the possibility of opening up their marriage to allow seeing others, separately or together, and under what ground rules?  Does he know how she’d react if he came clean on seeing providers? (Maybe she’d be relieved.)  If this is a marriage worth saving, why not try open, honest communication vs deceit and entrapment?

 
But maybe you’re right, perhaps divorce is the best answer here.  It would free the wife of her cheating husband who’s plotting to entrap her and let her find someone better.  And the OP would be free to see whomever he wants.
