But today's implants are very, very good.  I've seen some women that had implants that looked and felt natural; almost impossible to tell.  In fact, after I saw someone recently, I went back to her website and had to look at her pics to realize that she gotten a boob job.

The reason many implants look bad is that women try to go too big, stretching the skin too much for the implant.  Don't get greedy ladies - natural looking implants are better than big fake ones.

If you were born a carpenter's dream, or have fried-eggs, empty water bottles, or they're A-symetric I'd hope a trip to the local cosmetic surgeon is in your near future.

If a woman IS making a living off her looks it is up to her retirement account.

Unfortunately too many women have their breasts done because they are either extremely insecure or "persuaded" to have them done by their SOs.

To your question, I've had several GFs with very good looking implants that were totally enjoyable to caress and suck.  The key is don't go too big- all three were C-cups after the procedure.  Also, you've got to get a good plastic surgeon- I live in SoCal, so there are plenty from which to choose.

So I guess I'm disagreeing with the premise of your question because I don't think the two are mutually exclusive (implants and good look/feel).  I also think good implants are preferable to breasts that look worn out and shapeless.

The problem is women get greedy and want to go BIG.  When there's not enough natural breast tissue to stretch over a huge implant, it results in "bolt ons", aka the porn star look, which I don't  like at all.

I'm a prime example of sicko breast-obsessed horn-dog.  I love a big set of implants as much or more than natural tits!  For one thing, it's a very rare treat to find a set of naturals that maintain their bounce and integrity without excess sag.  When you do, it's a treasure!  Implants can vary from great to deformed.  My biggest experience was Elizabeth Starr, who has really gone through a lot to satisfy sickos like me.  The results (at least on the left) are far from perfect, but the overall experience is pure excess, just like I like it!  (Plus, she's a great provider!)

I don't think there is such a thing as a bad boob, so then it's just a matter of specifics.

I've seen some fake that are better than natural, but real good naturals are the best of all.

Size isn't a big factor either.  They all have charm to me.

but not too big. A woman who is 5'0 at the shortest and 110 lbs. at the smallest, with M.M.'s sized as 34 DD up to 36 DDD is about as proportionately as big per height as I find to be attractive. The taller a woman is, the more she proportionately will weigh, therefore, the larger the size of the M.M.'s, BUT, they can still get too big. As long as they don't look TOO large on her body. Bolt ons all the way!!!!!!
