Anywho please answer the following questions:
* Would Providers advertise on a website that catered to Black/Hispanic men?
* Would white guys go look at the website and then decided NOT to patronize those women?

would I look at a site catering to Black or Hispanic men only? No, I've been excluded by the premise. Neither would I frequent a site that catered to "Whites only" because it shows narrow mindedness. I've been with white, black, Hispanic, Asian and Polynesian. (No Indian, eastern or American yet) and I have to say. Pussy is pussy. Culturally I get along with Americans better than foreigners, but race don't mean shit to me.

I make my own choices about which ladies I want to see. They make their own choices about whether they want to see me. It isn't anyone's place to question those decisions, simply to respect them, IMHO.

If there is a site where Providers/Hobbyists can clearly determine who is Providing/Seeking such services -BASED ON RACE- then the issue of race would seek to exist.

Just the fact that someone says "I see blacks and hispanics" , would not necessarily offset those who said they didn't. Someone will always find a reason to piss and moan.
My clients are of varied backgrounds - all races and ages. They all seem to find me just fine. So I don't really see the need for such a site....if you create a new site, you should be serving a need that isn't being served already. And I don't think that's the case here.
If such a site existed, I'd advertise on it. I advertise wherever I can get good clients, period. Unless I find that the format/design/vibe is tawdry, or find that I'm subject to additional (unreasonable) hassles as a condition for my inclusion.... which is basically my opinion of the site (I think) you were mentioning.
If a man chose not to see me because of my presence on a site such as that you mentioned...I likely would not get along well with him, anyway, so good riddance.
I'm located in the Northeast, so I don't think it would matter much to my prospective clients. Most of my clients seem to be very liberal, at least when it comes to social matters. I prefer it that way :
