Okay, another delicate problem.  When booking rooms, etc., need credit card.  SO does all bills, knows all credit card charges.  What to do?  Have PO box.  But will credit card companies take PO as billing address?  Is there another way?

Not to start with. First apply for the card to your street address, then after a short while (2-3 months) after you have made a few legit purchases and payments, change the address to your PO box.

That would never work because the SO would see the bill for the credit card for three months and then suddenly - it disappears?

Nope.

You put cash into it and can use just like a Mastercard, to reserve cars, hotel rooms, etc.  No credit check, no monthly bill.  Like a prepaid phone.

I believe they start at 500 dollars. they are a GOD send....trust me!

Maybe I'm missing something, but don't you still have to give your name, address, dob, etc?  and it can be linked to you?

make sure you get the upgraded card.  Then you can put 2500 on it.  Yes you have to give address, etc, but any address will do - even a friends to get the plastic at first.  Then no bills are mailed out.  After you have plastic, you go to Riteaid and load it with money.  Use it as a credit card just like a Mastercard.  For anyone that does over nighters or weekends - this is a great way to be able to book hotel rooms and air travel.  Otherwise you have to send cashier checks to the hotel or just not go at all.

Do what I do. I tel my wife I am taking care of all the bills so she doesnt have to worry about it. I have it mailed to my job, I pay the bills, and destroy the invoice and bill from the hotel.Works like a charm. And then the wife is less stressed about bills, and Im the hero. -Joel
