Keep your meals light. Too heavy of a meal with starch and fat like burgers and fries can cut down on effectiveness.

With ED drugs, you have to experiment a bit to find what works best for you.

As far as your equipment goes and solutions. I think it is wishful thinking. Be happy with what you have, learn how to use it and move on.

I don't know anything about Trivaxa. Never heard of it.  Viagra helps with ED. It doesn't make your penis larger. The products I have heard of that say they do increase penis size have fine print. It says the size increase goes away when you stop taking the pill. It seems I remember you were supposed to take it everyday.

I have had ladies say they don't care about penis size. I have had them say they are all about the big penis. It's just like when you ask guys about large breasts or small breasts. You get such a variety of answers that you walk away just scratching you head bemused by what you've heard.

You have to work with what you have as far as size. If you have ED the three common meds for that work pretty well and even then you have to find the one that works best for you.

The sensitivity and inability to finish may be related to the viagra if that is what you take. I have heard others say that it effects them that way. Take that for what it's worth. Talking to the Dr. and trying different doses would seem to be the first thing to do.

1. Don't take viagra if you don't need it. Nothing says "blacklist" like being pounded for an hour by a viagra dick. For guys with genuine ED, viagra is a godsend. We area all different in how we react to the ED meds, but for me, Levitra has made be a bit larger than I used to be in my younger days.  I was getting comments from many providers about it, so it wasn't just my  imagination.  I have ED issues due to side effects from BP meds, which would give me a problem around the half way point of a session, which made using Levitra a necessity for me.  The Levitra is need to counteract the effects of elevated PDE5 (an erection deflator which in normal men appears only for a short time, after ejaculation) which remains elevated in the blood because of the BP meds' side effects.  

For the past year I have added a supplement to my regimen, L-Arginine (an Amino Acid) which is a precursor to creating Nitric Oxide (NO) within my circulatory system.  I am taking 3-4 grams per day, in following with a regimen proposed in a book by Nobel prize winner, Lou Ignarro - " NO More Heart disease".  The premise of this therapy is to revitalize a persons circulatory system by creating sufficient NO, returning it to a state of youthful flexibility, and thus avoiding the hardening of arteries that often occurs with aging.  I believe that everyone after the age of 40 should consider adding L-Arginine to their diet.  I've cut my BP meds in half since starting this plan, and have lowered the Levitra dose to a quarter tab (works well as long as I wait at least 2 hours after eating a low fat meal).  Another positive side effect of this regimen is the improvement of blood flow needed for an erection.  (This is why the author has been dubbed the "father of Viagra") For me, this has also caused an additional sizing increase.  To be clear, I'm noticeably bigger, but I wasn't turned into a freak.   LOL  I think it just max-es you out, taking the available tissue out as far as it will comfortable stretch.  It's kinda like joining the army ........... be all that you can be!

I too have a lowered sensitivity issue, which began well before I began taking the ED meds.  Both my GP and Urologist just shrug their shoulders when asked about it.  I plan on seeing a naturopath soon, so I'll add this issue to my list of questions that I plan to ask about.  While it's nice to be able to last an hour or longer, it really sucks to have to work extra hard at the end in order to achieve completion.  I'll be sure to report back if I come up with anything that helps.
