We are in the same area, pretty much, and yes checking with the top board certified doctors in the DMV, that is the cost. I am all for it, but I just can't get over the whole breast lift/ reattach the nipple part! UGH! I plan on narrowing my potential doctors list to 3 and then going in with my list of questions and concerns and see where they are with it in the consultation. I know once I get the consultation I will be ready to go ASAP!  

Definitely something to finance or have a good amount of spare investment property money coming in and probably won't feel as bad, lol, but usually guys won't even spend that on a engagement ring. There wasn't any volume, but I am assuming they were talking about the rise in cosmetic procedures and how women often feel better about themselves afterward. There were a lot of before/after photos and one woman even had facial filler injected live on the show. The filler made the woman instantly look younger with more confidence. It was fun to watch as I did my cardio.  

My story here could easily be yours. You could tell your lady what you saw and ask what she thinks about women who get "work" done. If she is not completely opposed, then ask if she has ever thought she could be improved upon and, if so, how. This could either be a very short discussion or she may open up to you about her insecurities. No matter what, show interest in her answer and reasons. Sometimes it is difficult for women to take money from men so you should be on the lookout for her holding back during her explanation.  

If she would appreciate it, then strongly suggest she make a consultation appointment with cosmetic surgeon whom she feels comfortable with and you will cover the cost. Tell her if there is any way that you can help her love herself more, you would derive joy from making that happen. If she opens up, she will most likely be super appreciative for your offer. Do NOT suggest any specific procedures (for all you know, she may think her body is fine but her nose isn't). Let her choose what she feels will benefit her most unless she asks your opinion and you can see she's receptive.

There is no right or wrong answer in my oppinion. It depends on the individual.
I would welcome it as an awesome gift if I were in the position because I would perceive it as honoring myself and my body after the stress of  going through pregnancy.  I think that moderation should be the goal,nothing insane like Michael Jackson or the Lion Lady .Thats just me however to each their own. Im sure you know your Love better than most people do ,so its a judgement call whether she would welcome it or not. Yes its expensive so its a bit of a luxury but if she wants it then shes worth it.. Everything stems from how we feel about ourselves. If it feels good, Ild say Do it!

  I think it was like 700- 900 for a syringe full of the product and you can store it at the spa and go back in for more every few months, If you wanna gradually have it added to your lips which is what i would suggest, I had one syringe injected over three visits.    Its time conuming but better than having them inject too much in wrong area the lip then your stuick with duck lips for a year. If they inject too much in outer perimeter you get the duck effect.
