It also it a term that was used in the garment industry, especially around New York City some 100 years ago, for those who cut pieces of fabric for use as pockets, lapels, etc. Given that they were mostly Jewish, they could conceivably be targets, but I highly doubt these yahoos even knew this fact
But, why on earth would an all knowing, all loving God banish one of his subjects, that he loves, into an eternity of hell for cutting themselves, not cutting or harming anyone else, just themselves? I mean if this all knowing and all loving God is all knowing then wouldn't he/she understand that it's a mental illness?
Thus and for countless other reasons, I don't believe in any God, what a bunch of bullshit.
