I had that exact thing happen to me a while back.  Lady was late, (over an hour), the session was just plain bad. She called me up a few days later and apologized over and over and said that exact statement, "I'll make it up to you".  She keep calling me and texting me and about a month later, I set up another appointment.  But this time with exact and unwavering requirements, the first one was, if she was late, even a minute, the appointment was canceled.  Well about an hour before the appointment she calls me and says shes running late and could make it there for on time.  I canceled and she flipped out, cussing just going ballistic, telling me I wasn't be fair and how I cost her money.  

A couple of days later I found out that she black listed me on a couple sites, and had made up a bunch of shit, it was her attempt to get even with me.  Oh well, my rep has been good enough it really didn't affect me.  

But I learned my lesson after that, if the session is bad, post a review, but never go back for seconds.

It was due to them running late and not a bad session... and yes, they made it up to me by fucking me silly when they got there... some things are worth waiting for.  

Now, in the context you're describing, I'd probably pass. I would be very skeptical and rate this one right up there with... "the checks in the mail" and "no, I won't cum in your mouth". Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

A top rated local provider who has been around for years was a NCNS. She was hosting incall and went silent when I arrived at the location. The providers I'm seeing always make it up to me and I don't even ask them to. That's how Awesome these girls are.

I enjoy being professional, fun, and sexy all at the same time. I like that my clients choose to plan ahead or I like to persuade them to do so. By planning ahead I am able to make sure I put aside that time just for them. I am devoted to that one person and I mentally prepare myself to let nothing sway my good mood. Having a bad day is not an excuse for me.

I just want to say thanks to the awesome providers that make it up to a client. Most providers wouldn't do this. The ones that do I say thank you.

I’ve never had a provider offer to “make it up to me” for a bad experience.  I have had one or two offer to make it up to me for a cancellation and those sessions have been good.  I simply will not repeat if there is no chemistry or the provider is not into it for some reason.
