Go to Account Manager and then click My Reviews.  You will see an edit button next to the review if it is not set active.

Even then, you can petition TER to edit the review.  Write to TER management and explain the situation.  They let me edit one once and were very good about it.

I have royally screwed up on a review, and I really need to edit it.  Due to a poor word choice on my part, my review could actually hurt the provider, and not help.  Is that possible to fix this?

HOW MANY times can you Edit a review or is there a time period (HOW LONG) for Editing until it becomes "View" (only) instead of Edit.

I want to submit reviews with "DRAFT. DO NOT APPROVE OR REJECT UNTIL EDITED." in the text / essay portion so I can go back and edit my reviews until ready to remove the proviso and make the submissions "final". What are the restrictions on that?

I am not sure on your specific question. I do know that if you submit a second review for the same provider it can replace the first one. It is supposed to have new some new info in it from your first review and it will not give you credit towards your vip membership.

Mostly, I meant that there should be a built in (software) way to save a Draft, but there isn't. I don't always time to do a complete review without the chance of reviewus interruptus. If I can submit a review with a header that says "DRAFT", I hope the moderator will realize that's it's not finished so I can complete it or edit it within the next day or two.
