In the various sessions I've had some things have become somewhat clear with how I view a session.  The explaination of what a GFE is seems ethereal at best, and we tend to leave out the explainations of the remaining, which are not GFE or some reasonable facsimile.

I'd like to introduce the WORE, which is the Worn Out Relationship Experience.  I'm sure most if not all of you can relate in some form or another.  When entering into a relationship there is a lot of excitement and enthusiasm for our partners.  We spend lots of time kissing, hugging and exploring one another and finding ways to fulfill each other's wants, desires and needs. (Which is what I certainly look for with my provider experiences)

After some amount of time, the fire is cold and we enter into the WORE.  This is where we're still engaging in something that resembles a functional relationship, but which is actually no more than blindly going through the motions of some form of sexual encounter, just so we can get on to what we really want to do. (This is where a sizeable number of provider encounters exist)  We get the sexual satisfaction, barely at times, but the emotional "lift" we feel from the previously known encounter is completely missing.  This is what I find in most of the encounters I've experienced.  "Hurry up and get on so I can get on to what I really want to be doing." It's not a leap of faith to see that this is a completely disfunctional encounter.

Intentionally, I'm leaving off the miriad permutations of two person interactions which may keep one or the other from happening since they're self explanitory.

I'm still under the delusion that I'm paying for something that I'm not actually getting most of the time, when in actuality, I'm paying for exactly what I'm getting.

this explains why most of us move around and
are always on the prowl for anti-WORM ("strange").
When WORM emerges, it is important to take a
vacation from that "relationship" for awhile or
for good.
