His last review was 2015, unless she’s a regular I don’t know any providers personally who would vouch for someone they saw 8 years ago. I believe providers who rely on references require them to be recent. Recent to me means within the last 3/6 months. Just my 2 cents.
Hello,
It seems like more providers are asking for work details, ie linkedin account, work emails as a means of verification and not accepting provider references,P411 oks.
Would you consider providing this info as being too risky?
Thoughts?
thanks
Margot Robbie's long-lost twin was available fir P4P fun and all I had to do was send her my work information--I still wouldn't do it.
Now if Margot's twin was doing doubles with Charlize Theron?
Nah. Still wouldn't.
The lady in question has to have a pristine reputation over a decent amount of time. I will scour her website, twitter, ads, board posts, reviews etc and chat with her reviewers, if I can, to find out just how trustworthy she is.
Of course there are never any guarantees and I think the more women you give that info out to, the greater your risk, obviously.
It has never been an issue for me as yet but that doesn't mean I don't worry about it from time to time. This business, as is life in general at times, can be risky. I try and mitigate that risk as best as I can while weighing that risk, against the potential reward, of finding an awesome lady.
Some pers info is OK, but work is pushing it. And, to add further insult, you have 32 reviews. Have one of them give you a ref. If that's still no good, forget it.

Holy shit, sorry to digress, but 2015 was 8 years ago... really? I don't know why this hit me between the eyes when I read it, it seems like it should be more like 3 or 4. I thought there was something wrong with her arithmetic and had to look twice. Eight years, smh. 😕
or Independently Wealthy gents need not apply, eh?
I’m all for providers feeling safe, but surely there’s a way to do that without involving an employer. I’ve met I-don’t-know-how-many providers, and none asked for any info about my employment.
I don’t require employment information, but an ID is needed to verify. Retired is respectable. I do ask what one’s occupation is because it’s of interest to me. Chemistry check. We may have lots in common. I have several jobs not related to this fun hobby lifestyle. Smile for me!
Why would I rely on p411 to screen potential clients if they do not do safety inspections? Why would I trust a provider with my safety who does not know me personally & may not require the same precautions as I do? I’m not understanding what’s the issue of sending real life information to a reputable provider that is in no way going to share, or save your personal info. For everyone who disagrees & advocates otherwise please keep in mind that there are people who respectful will comply without the bs. After 2 decades in this industry I would never tarnish my good reputation by scamming, robbing, or doing anything besides providing an extraordinary service.
Two things: If interested in an appointment with you, okay to comply *with* bs? And, what does your reputation have to do with this? I think almost anybody here would happily front you money for service to be delivered later.
Do I know that you won't go on a blackmailing rampage? No. Do I have faith that my info is *highly* secure with you. No. BUT, I do trust you financially and to have good intentions, as I think most here would.
I don't know you, and I certainly don't know some of these "here for the weekend" chicks who are touring (la-di-da), what a fortune, and then want my PII. Very few agencies have anything like that... no indies.
This was a gross oversight: If I was going to do what you do for a living, I'd be asking for as much information as the market for me would bear!
If something goes south and a provider starts to blow up your work email you really think your local IT guy won’t flag these emails. Play smarter.
Thanks all. Yea, I would not risk my work info but wanted to see others thoughts.
In response to one of the posts, the two references I provided were pretty recent, 1-2 years ago, both were not reviewed on TER because one has me not to submit a review and the other has recently retired.
Just an fyi, 1-2 years ago is not recent.
You're in fantasyland if you think a two year old reference is "recent".
Hell, I think most of the providers who have mentioned their take on this subject, time since the reference was last seen, seem to think three months is starting to push it.
I've seen 6 months mentioned as a cutoff fairly often on ladies' websites. It's a pretty sure bet that anything longer than that wouldn't fly.
that makes it more difficult for those who are not as active in the hobby.
If a reputable, well known provider is willing to give an ok to a client, even though its a couple years old, seems to be that should be sufficient.
What seems to you and what seems to ladies in the biz is two totally different things.
This is a hot issue for me. Providing work information, especially work emails is way too risky. I don't know if providers who ask for this information are aware or just don't care but work emails are monitored by the company. Most companies don't allow employees to use work related things for personal use or we could get fired.
Second, have you guys ever read a typical cancelation policy for a provider? It reads in short, if you cancel and can't reschedule, they want all their money paid in full. I read on twitter once, this was how a provider got a client to pay her full rate, by threatening to go to his employer.
Now don't get me wrong, I had to present my job ID to join two high end amps. It was the only way to gain access to young, beautiful Asian women. However I don't make a practice of doing this. Any provider who insists on having my work info and requesting I send information from my work email, I disregard.
Providers can't be trusted with a person's work information. They say it's for "safety reasons" but lets be real, look at the stuff they do with a potential client's phone number. They don't even have to meet you. You say or do something they don't like and they immediately write a bad review about you on that stupid app Mr. Number. You don't believe me, look up your own phone numbers on that app. You would think you were the devil himself.
