I have posted before my other career is waitressing, so even on my worst of worst days providing if I think about making 4.19/hr, hoping to get a tip and not get bitched at, my day doesn't seem so bad.  

Believe me, it's not a "love" thing, it's a "I gotta pay the bills" thing.
Some are well educated, but due to a tough job market, they are taking your greenbacks instead.

Providers who use an alias simply want to be able to participate openly here without having every opinion they give held over their heads when guys read their reviews or see them. Personally I have no problem with it and I think that entirely too much is made of it here on the boards.

 And nobody loves their job 24/7/365. Speaking only for myself, I enjoy this to an extent. The day I get out of bed and loath it, is the day I quit. I choose clients wisely and in doing so, am able to keep a positive outlook and do a good job.

 And I don't use an alias...I prefer to just let my handle that I've had for years speak for itself.  
   
 But many do only use an alias so they can post up stuff...well, like you post and not offend some johnnie boys.  I'm fine with that as well.  Likewise guys use the alias to harass and don't want the hookers to know who he is.  And I'm fine with that as well.  
   
 But it's also not terribly difficult to figure out who is really who...even when we had unlimited aliases

This is something you can reasonably do forever, so loving this job would actually be somewhat unhealthy and hinder you from doing ether things with your life.  I'll say I like this job better than any other one Ive ever had though

Life is too short.  Yet in this industry it is absolute taboo for any provider to say that she does not love her job every single second.    As long as she does her job WELL, who cares?

Amen. I like this business, but I liked it a lot less when I first started. When you only see a few guys a month, it's hard to get jaded or love it. It's a job...end of story. Like any other "job," there are parts you love dealing with, and parts you hate. Sex work is no different than anything else. You have good and bad days.

Clients are clients first, as long as I'm still seeing them for paid dates...but absolutely, there are many clients whose company I enjoy very much. There are even a few clients I deeply trust and admire. Friends/client-provider/hooker-john...none of those labels particularly fit...but these relationships just kind of develop w/their own unique set of rules and etiquette, and really by their nature and origin kind of defy any attempts at labeling.

I can identify with. When that happens I let them know that we are what we are in the confines of the business. That usually sets things back on course.

Treat those you deal with as you would want to be treated in the same situation. Empathy goes a long way when dealing with very personal and intimate  interactions.
