Just curious. I do appreciate reviews & I know it can be time consuming. What is the average time to get a review done and posted on TER?  

30 minutes maybe for the intial review. Then 2 to 3 days to be posted.  That is if the language (details) to TER liking. Then it's changing,  adding more details to satisfy TER to get posted.  Took 2 weeks at least on one of mine.  I have never been contacted by anyone on a review to say thank you, etc. Well one did,  wanted me to change it to her likings.  That was many moons ago.

And I like to go over them a few times before I submit them, but generally, the process takes around 30-40 minutes or so. Some reviews get approved within 24-36 hours but that is rare. I would say the average is about 3 days or so.

You are correct about the ability to go back 3 months to write one but I like things to be fresh in my mind so I tend to submit them 24-48 hours after the date, if I can.

15 days is the free VIP reward for having a review approved. Whitelisting is a nice gesture but doesn't carry any real weight like before with providers but it can help with a scant few. Being thanked is always appreciated. In addition, the lady allowing me to give her name as a reference can be a big help.

"IF" the TER Admin doesn't disagree with the ratings given,   It seems to be as much as 48 hours.  "IF" the TER Admin disagrees with the rating and there needs to be back and forth, it has taken up to a week.

If my session with you was great, I usually write a review in 1-3 days. Then, it can take 1-3 days for it to post.

Recent reviews took (at least for me) almost a week.  I guess it all depends on how many of the TER-review staff are working.  Sometimes, I've gotten mine up within a day

I tend to write long reviews, so it takes me a while to put it all together.  I try to write shorter, but I get sucked into the moment and relive it, remembering things.  Try to do it within a day or two so the details are fresh.  Takes arouind 3 days on average to post.

I can do a Problem Report in 1 minute.  30 Problem Reports/30 minutes = 60 VIP days.  

Someone has to so the community service.

I didn't realize there were so many problems to report.  Other than some reviewer's grammar, but not sure if TER can fix that.

If I have a good session, I usually write and submit a review in 1-2 days. I don’t like to wait until I see another provider as things might get blurred. Also, the highlights are fresh in my mind. It takes me no more than 30 minutes to write the review. After I submit it, it takes 2-3 days to be posted. I usually go back at least once after I submit and before it is posted to make minor edits. I might find typo’s or remember additional details. I also delay weaker reviews a week or so to reduce the chance of retaliation.

For example, when a hobbyist creates a profile, he may only list the ad where he found the provider.  She may have other ads or she may get a personal website subsequent to the creation of her profile.

Let's say you're a card-carrying member of the IBTC.  You can't stand anything bigger than 'B' cups.  Suppose you showed up to an appointment and you were staring at 'DD's.  You'd probably be pissed that no one performed the "community service" of updating her profile.

I do both. I feel both are providing a service to the community. But we both know, problem reports don’t exist without reviews, not the other way around.
