If you're familiar with web development, this comes from the title tag in the HTML source. So this shows that you're connecting to the same web site, only through a different address; perhaps it's on a mirror server. Now, when using bookmarks (or favorites), some browsers use the title tag for the name of the bookmark, although you can change it.
Treehouse Park is the business name that owns TER, look at the copyright notice at the bottom. To check that it's not phishing, type garbage instead of your login and password. A phishing site would let you in anyway - they have no way to detect they are correct.
