So here we go fellas.
First off you need to get some prep. How you go about this varies on your need for discretion. If you dont have any fucks to give, just ask your primary physician. They will need to give an hiv test,a std test and will check for kidney function and your rx will be filled after test results come back.
If you have to be discreet, google a provider of prep near you. Most are mail order and will ask that you either do a home test or go to a near by lab and get your blood work done there. The rx will be either filled by say you local cvs or can be mailed directly to you.
When taking prep, you have some options. Can do everyday for best results or can do "on demand". Google this info and pay close attention. Every 3 months you will need to get tested again to get next 90 day supply.
You will also want to have some doxy on hand. You wont be takimg this regularly, only after a risky encounter. By risky i mean you either got too hot to trot and wasnt thinking correctly, or you didnt adhere to getting test results from your favorite bb provider.
In the case you are suspect, thats when you take the doxy. Doxy can be obtained the exact way the prep is obtained. Do your research and follow all directions.
Dont be shy about bringing the specifics of going bb with your provider. You are likely licking each others buttholes, no reason to get shy when inquiring about bb services. Trust me. Its not the first time they have been asked.
I like to show my test results beforehand and i ask to see theirs. Not all will be into that. I like to find ones that are into that and thats who i decide to have bb activities with. I usually find the middle of the road gal, not ps price but not high volume either. You have to be your own judge jury and executioner in this regards.

I won't pretend I never did BB. I have a few times walked in knowing it was happening. And, there have been a few occasions where a provider caught me off guard. Once she invited me to camel slide, and grabbed me by the ass and pulled me in. A few other times I was struggling to get off, and they said something like, "your clean right?" before ripping the condom off. I can be a sucker in the heat of the moment. Again, if people on both sides fully understand risks, I don't see why bb is something that should be explicitly not endorsed. It makes sense for him to endorse it under his "rules".
Thats kind of my point. Bb shouldn't be viewed as some kind of evil, it's an unsafe practice that is risky but it isn't inherently bad for either side as long as those sides understand the risks and are wiling to face consequences. It isn't unfair to one side nor is it predаtory in any way as long both sides are informed and on the same page.

The main issue is that Mr. Ready to Rock insists that BB sex is fine despite having an incurable STD. Rock has admitted to having herpes for years. So it is pretty wild that this guy insists that BB is no big deal as he exposes providers and their clients to HSV. Even if he is treating his HSV, there is still risk of transmission. Rock has a lot of reviews in a short period of time and claims to have had 200 reviews on another account. Even if the odds of transmission are low, there's a pretty good chance he's passed HSV on to someone else with that type of frequency. Since he already has the STD, it is mostly everyone else taking the risk and dealing with the consequences at this point. He's playing Russian roulette with the gun pointed at someone else's head.

I wonder if he discloses his status to providers. He says he has exchanged STD tests, but most STD panels do not include HSV testing. I don't think many providers would do BB with a client they knew had HSV, so I doubt that he discloses it. If he isn't disclosing his status, then both sides are not informed and not on the same page. I agree with you that BB isn't inherently evil or bad, just a risky practice. However Rock isn't exactly the best cheerleader. He might not think HSV is a big deal but I'm sure the rest of us don't want it. is to accept that STD's are an occupational hazard of going this route with providers and that you WILL get some STD's sooner or later the longer you are active in this niche of the P4P market. I've gotten them periodically over the years until around 2019 when I decided to only go fully covered with providers from then on.

First, everything in that link is hosted on a personal Google site, not a scientifically vetted source for critical health information or a news journalism article that has references. Second, the additional stuff in the link is just more AI slop, its all AI generated videos and articles. Third, I definitely wouldn't trust someone who is a TER user trying to pass off his own genAI content for health information as real information for others to rely on.
There are risks to BBFS and anyone partaking should educate themselves, but don't get fooled by content generated by AI.
TBH, I'm not as quick at catching everything AI, but I don't doubt it. AI or not, I also wouldn't trust it as a legit source. Just like I didn't trust Mr. Rocky Steady and his TER post about it. If being educated is the mission, absolutely going to legit medical sites is the way to go.
