Not too sure on the demographics of an average hobbyist, but I'm wondering from both providers and hobbyist, what do you think makes "youngins" (21-25yrs old) to participate in a hobby like this?

Are in their late 40s.  But Im kinda up there in price, for my area, so I think thats why I dont hear from youngins.  

Nothing wrong with young guys hobbying... Just do it in moderation.  Dont completely skip out on trying to date real girls because they're too much of a challenge.  

I do have more of an understanding of why a man in his 50s hobbies.  Hes been married for 30 years, taken care of his family, put the kids through college, and now that he's reached finanical stability, he can get his needs taken care without his kids going hungry.

I'm 25 and just got into the hobby recently. As for why? Well,  it's really nice to spend time with a nice women, it explains itself.

Well... I (and several of my friends) would occasionally participate after a few cocktails and we'd come across a couple of providers that were just too good to pass up... (21 to 25)

Occasionally a trip out to Pahrump for some fun... which was actually a lot of fun. Load up some friends and hit the ole Chicken Ranch.... LOL on those memories while we all sat on the couch to pick out our ladies of choice...

Keep in mind... we were in Las Vegas in the 1990's... a little different mentality.... and atmosphere.

It was for fun... Coming from Atlanta --- there was no reason to hobby in Atlanta. Same with living in Chicago. The Girl to Guy ratios are fantastic. Vegas though? Well... it's just Vegas I suppose. Any other city I lived in between 20 to 30 I never participated... Never had to and it really did not cross my mind.

Of course... back then I did not own a business and was not working 14 hour days with what seems to be everyday so I do it now more out of convenience without all of the headaches of having a Girlfriend. Seems like all of my ex's left me because I work too much and did not give them the attention they deserved.

Had enough of those over the years that cost FAR more then hobbying.... LOL!

Of course... maybe my hobbying when I was in the age group that you mention is the reason why I'm too lazy to do the 20 date wine and dine thing today.... and then again.... I had some hobbyists that taught me some ABSOLUTELY wonderful things that would blow the mind of a Civilian when I hooked up with them back at that time.

It's a Catch 22 --- Start Hobbying and you get spoiled with Professionals that in my experience... if you know how to read body language to begin with.... are going to rock your world. You'll get bored with civilians...

But then again... I'm a Thrill Seeker that likes to jump out of planes, go diving, travel... etc.. etc.. I get bored If I'm not doing something. Living to 90 and being worthless really does not interest me unless I'm owning a 60 ft. yacht with at least 5 hotties laying around topless soaking up the sun on the deck is in the picture... LOL!

I think it has more to do with personality then anything else.

I'll be honest with you... between 21 to 25 and you want the family thing with the white picket fence... stay away from hobbying. It'll corrupt you unless you marry a hottie that knows how to rock your world and can keep your mind off of thinking about it until you are older.

I had one... rocked my world and I have beautiful children. The wifey thing is over now and my children get whatever they earn. They'll have no problem getting into the college of their choice and having it paid for so it's not like I'm back into hobbying taking money away from them.... because I work over 14 hours a day and they are well taken care of.

I just easily get bored... VERY EASILY get bored. I can't sit around doing nothing and I like new things.

Just my thoughts... good question.

I believe Im one of the youngest one's here.  I have alot of fun with it for now.  I have made some great friendships with ladies and I have memories that will last a lifetime.

If you think about it, your paying either way. Didn't you remember the girl you treated out for dinner in high school, had sex and then she moved on to another guy? She could be the same woman at 27 going to dinner with a 50 year old.  Some like it for the gifts, travel and dinning, most do it for the money, some for the sex only, and an equal amount of girls do it under bad circumstances.

But many young men are not comfortable trying new things with someone their own age. Also some are close to being virgins with little social skills to seal the deal. Yet there is another group who have fantasies of being with older women with more experience.

Older men think they have problems but what about the young man who pops as soon as he is stroked.Then there are those who just like to go at it for as long as they want without complaints of getting tired or when are you going to cum honey.

I think it's because of the financial ability and stability. The young guns are willing and eager to try and explore new things, but certain things are just beyond their financial reach.

Because it's a guarantee, lol. You can take out a lady to dinner, theater, & there's no guarantee you're getting anywhere at the end of the date.. you can spend a little extra, & get exactly what you're looking for, sans all the attached strings. Some just don't have time for dating, & again, they get exactly what their looking for, without all the extras that come w/a relationship.

I saw a gentleman that was in his early 20's and I asked him this very question.His response to me was that he is working full-time and going to school he does not have time for the dating scene.He wants companionship but he wants to have everything out in the open.He says many of his encounters with civie ladies required to much work and much money spent that did not equal to a good time.Also,he had just got out of a long-term relationship and was not looking for another girlfriend just a "really good time"Hobbying seems to work out for him he does not want the emotional attachement of a relationship he wants to have fun and back to work.

You might be 22 but you definitely cannot tell by the way you handle yourself!Far mature then some that are double your age.

There are very experienced gentlemen twice your age that don't have your credentials. Those whitelists tell me your a very enjoyable gentlemen to spend time with. Boy toy you might be but in a man's shoes who knows how to carry himself well.

Constant texting, calls, drama, mood, etc., etc. Don't have enough hours in the day in my case. Work-travel-airports-hotel-home.....................continues. Throw in couple of overseas every three months, you are pretty much exhausted your time allotment of 7/24.

I started hobbying my freshman year at college (I was 16 at the time, graduated high school early). Back then, my father was rich (recession has hurt him) and he would give me a lot of money so I was only seeing super high-end girls ($500 minimum, a few at $1000, and spent $7000 on a Playmate once when I was 19).
