She sounds cold, calculating and thoroughly evil. Actually makes me feel sorry for Bauer. I'd say this kind of shoots holes in the case against him.

Don't assume that it's always  the escort fault. it could be the guys fault to an extent. Or it could be that they share the blame.

how someone chooses to make their money, but as Nick says, this sounds pretty evil.  Karma may prevail in the end.

She lost. The Judge determined that she consented to the rough sex, and that Bauer was not a continuing threat to her. From everything I read it was the correct result.

the update, DC.  With the little  bit I know about it, I would have to agree its a just decision.  

...stay away from her permanently.  She had a temporary restraining order (TRO) in place but as it's name says, it's temporary.  A TRO lasts for 14 days at which time there is a hearing to decide whether an injunction should be granted making the restraining order more permanent.  The judge decided that Bauer posed no continuing threat to the woman as you said, so no injunction was necessary.

Not defending Bauer, but she’s a bad actor. All about extorting money. Civil suit next. She’ll lose that too. Her text messages show that she consented to the choking and rough violent sex, and that she’s looking to get rich. They also show that Bauer was the third baseball player she fucked hoping to get rich.
