What are you thinking?  Maybe since you are hiding the provider from your wife,  you need to hide your wife from the provider?

I can tell you one thing for sure.... only one of them gives a damn either way.

But hey, if it works for you and you can look at yourself when you shave, do whatever makes you happy.

After all, isn't that why you hobby in the first place?

I can't tell you the last time II even looked to see if someone had one on.
As long as you bring the envelope with my paycheck I don't care if you wear the ring don't wear the ring, I most likely won't notice either way.

Just curious how many of you guys wear your wedding ring to a session with a provider.  I've always taken it off and gotta wonder if that's just a lame form of guilt.

But even if I did have one, I don't think I'd take it off.  Too easy to forget it or lose it.  Besides, I don't require the level of fantasy that removing my ring would suggest.

My Favs know I'm married.  But I was taking it off before sessions anyway.  Not fooling anyone but going with the GFE illusion.  I noticed a change in a couple of sessions with different providers.  So ring is staying in the car with my regular phone.

You know, as I think about this question, I think it would be worthwhile hearing from the ladies too.  Do guys usually wear them or not and what are your thoughts -- wear the ring or don't wear it?

What the problem?  An escort does not care if I'm married.  She may prefer married men.

I agree with Nicole, I never even look or notice.  I know many men who are or have been married in the civvie world that do not wear their wedding band ever.  Regardless, it really makes no difference to me if you are or are not married I'm just hoping I can do everything to make you relax and ejoy the time we spend temporairly together regardless of your marital status.

Even if I could remove my ring, I would be paranoid about losing it. Leave it in the car, that will be the time someone busts my window. Put it in my pocket, that will be the time it falls out when I hang my pants up after I remove them.

Nah. Easier to just leave it on. After all, I don't think the provider cares one whit.

if you wear a ring and take it off for a session you have a ring mark and the provider is probably laughing her ass off at you.
Most don't care one way or the other.
I'm asked on occasion if I'm married because I never wear any jewerley of any kind.
I think it's more for business reason. A single unattached man is more likley to play frequently.
I always tell the truth.

I know this is a question for the guys, But I thought I'd answer from my point of View.

About half (or more) men in the hobby are married..
If the provider is uncomfortable with that, she should say so on her Ad/Website. lol.

If it makes you feel uncomfortable seeing your ring during the date, feel free to take it off!
But do it for yourself..not us women. Because we don't care :)

Honestly, If I were you, I'd keep it on..You don't want to lose it or come home before remembering to put it back on.. Then you're in big trouble!

xoxo

I used to see a particular girl on occasion who was UTR and also engaged. Her fiance and now husband had no idea she was a working girl and she didn't want most of her clients to know she was engaged because she was "working" them for more than just session money. Anyway, she put the ring on and off so many times that she eventually lost it. I think she told the fiance that someone stole it out of her gym locker. Whatta ditz!

...if it is the first time I have seen the lady.  Then I leave my watch, ring, spare cash, credit cards etc at home so they cannot be, in the worst case, taken from me.   Once I'm comfortable with the lady and her place, I keep it all on me.

I can't imagine a provider caring that a client is attached.  Just like I have seen providers that were married or in a LTR.  So who cares?

Many years ago I was in a strip club and a dancer asked me why I had NOT taken my ring off?  I literally laughed at the question and asked her 'AS IF I am going to PICK YOU UP?  Give me a break honey, you aren't leaving here with me unless there is a lot of $$$ involved AND this would be the LAST place I would come to try and 'pick up' a woman.'  It pissed her off that a customer wasn't stupid enough to not know the difference between a singles bar and a strip joint!!!

For many married guys, there is a thrill of seeing someone else. I was pleasantly surprised how many providers get a thrill knowing they are aiding the deception.

FWIW....In my 10+years of hobbying, I've banged for $$$ a whole bunch of college age girls and wives. Most of their Husbands and Dads were just as clueless as you.

I have been taking mine off, leaving it in my hotel room. I left it on by mistake on one occassion and that happened to be my most disappointing session. I wondered if that was the reason. But I figured it was a few other things. I assume most providers are able to figure out if you are married after about 5-10 minutes of conversation. One just asked me during the first two minutes of the massage. I was surprised by the question, but soon realized that it was not meant an invasion of privacy, but just someone who did not know better and was trying to have a regular conversation to make things less awkward. I think she told me that most of the men she sees are married.

yes--the minute i break my routine and take it off, I'll forget it, lose it, or somehow do more to call attention to the fact that I took it off.  But I also like that having it on makes it seem like I'm having a hot, secret affair (don't worry ladies, I don't lose track of the hobby boundaries, a little fantasy RP in my mind) and in fact on more than one occasion when I have been aware that the lady I was meeting was either married or engaged, I've made a special request for her to wear her diamond/engagement/wedding bands, and one lovely lady remembered her ring on a subsequent appointment when I hadn't mentioned it in advance!  I think there have been four ladies whom I met who've worn their ring with me.  I always phrase the request in the form of "unless that would make you not have as much fun during the session or if that would go against your boundaries for appointments.  If she said she wouldn't feel comfortable, I'd say thanks for being honest and please don't give it another thought, what I want most is for us both to enjoy the time together as much as possible.  I even have fun asking the lady to use her left hand on me during certain activities to show me the ring, and usually get a wicked smile in return.  Now, I can't guarantee if they're laughing with me or at me, but it has never spoiled the mood.

We really don't notice if you do or don't wear  your ring. We already assume you are married. Taking it off only makes me wonder about your dishonesty in places where you don't have to be dishonest... I do get a kick out of seeing the tan lines on your hands where you have obviously taken your ring off...

I always leave it on.  I've never met a provider who cared whether I was married or not and I figure there is much less chance of losing it if I keep it on.

One of my first encounters the lady did ask me if I would take it off when we went to a restaurant.  I obliged and have since asked other providers, most of who either said it didn't bother them or they appreciated the thoughtfulness.  In no case did the provider actually prefer for me to keep it on.

So if the date includes some public time, I take it off, doesn't hurt and does create a less "controversial" setting.
