For the last few years I've seen some post about penile transplants, causes by accidents, EX's, cancer and others. And I wonder, if you ever need one, how's the donation process beside health compatibility or just cosmetics. With today's advances of technology and miracle breakthroughs of medical science. If you are NOT black, do you consider accepting donors from a blackman?

Has nothing to do with insecurities, it's the immediate availability of the organs, and if you are ahead of the line would you consider. Hospitals harvest all kinds of organs everyday from people. Like motor vehicle and motor cycle accidents, based on their Driver Licenses mark.

Seems to be working.

Based on the news story below they seem to have worked out at least some of the bugs in this type of 9-hour operation. Glad the recipient is able to work it!

And to turn your question around: would a blackman consider accepting donors from a whiteman?

I'd be glad to have something near to the same shade as my own, but wouldn't reject one outright. Hell, get me hard enough and my natural one will turn from beige to some shade of maroon anyway - so color changes aren't the issue.

With the advances in medical science it's possible a lab could grow a dick from your own DNA and then transplant it on to you. No idea if there would be designer choices for length, girth, curvature, head shape and so on. But it's probably on some researcher's list, especially in a for-profit lab.

Why would race figure into this?

Assuming ideal condition I would accept donation from somebody that has the skin tone MOST compatible to mine. If I am white why would I want to freak my woman/women out with a funky black penis?

Wouldn't I want to look as normal as possible? well, I don't mind more well-hung than normal but that's the only exception

Well I make observations when ever my eyes are open.

Perhaps I should have said TS sex workers? My comment may also be geograpically bias.

1.) Every TS/TG SW I've ever witnessed working a sidewalk was black.

2.) Back when I would view Erohz ads the majority of TS/TG were black.

3.) When ever I see a BP ad and it's a TS/TG they are usually black.

Now are these people all post-op TS? IDK

I'm willing to wager that if you go on over to TER's TS ad board, the majority of those ads will feature people that happen to be black.

There also may be more hispanic or latin TS/TG sex workers
might than white.

I'm sure a statician would contribute this to economic opportunities/conditions.
