I know I am not the only one because I have noticed it in other reviews: The Incorrect Month Problem
I recently wrote TER about a review that was dated DECEMBER 2007, an obvious error.
Now for the second time a review of mine was rejected because management thinks it is more than 3 months old. As those who post reviews know, the form has a "scroll and click month" rather than a "type in month". I clicked on July but by the time it gets to management it somehow says January.
Who else has had this problem with the month ending up being a different one than the one on which you clicked, and as a result, your review being rejected as untimely?
WL, I just leave it alone, as that is the month that the review will show up on the list. I just submitted a review this morning of an encounter that took place 2 days ago, July 31. It will, hopefully, appear as an August review.
I do not really care about the month, as long as it isn't rejected, but I have never had the problem you mention. It's a mystery how that happened to you. If you find out why, let us know about it. My only review rejection was when I reviewed a provider a second time.
Management quickly took care of the confusion on the date and put up the review. However, another "select" option of the review form, the appearance, is wrong. I do not know whether it was incorrect from the beginning and I did not notice or the software burped somewhere along the way.
I just want to note for the record that I gave Alissa an appearance rating of 6, not 8. I do not feel like bothering management with another request to change.
I do know that from now on I will print out my review before I hit the "submit" button and read it 3x so that if an error appears I can be sure it is not my fault.
