"No GFE" pretty much insures that the highest performance score will be a 7.  There is nothing wrong with a 7! As long as it's a 7-out-of-7 and not a 7-out-of-10.

Imp is correct. And not all (if many) ads are accurate/detailed in DFK, BBBJ offerings. Often GFE is used and either not understood by lady, or perhaps said monger is a bit more gross then the rest of us. I will not choose to see a provider that clearly states no DFK. Prefer BBBJ, but will accept CBJ if lady is extra hott, or convenience is in play. AND, how many ads are sure to point out that “that any discussion of services....” will get the client blocked. Therefore, guys can’t ask, the lady make make an omission on purpose (the client won’t leave, but might not repeat) to expand potential client base. So, a lady that doesn’t partake in any of the 4 extra activities to score above a 7, then a 6 ain’t to bad in the larger scope.

...It's the services she performs.  And it's not that a guy reviews a girl "lower" for not performing certain services.  She doesn't start out with a 10 and then gets point deducted.  If she doesn't perform certain services, the max score she can get is a 7 as imp said.

not the reviewers, and they will not approve a review that seeks a higher score than what is allowed by the services that were provided.  Impposter's post explains the scoring system accurately.  Most of the girls I see max out at a 9 for service.  They get a 7, plus one point for DFK (kisses with tongue - your basic GFE service) and another point for BBBJ.   There are no points to be gained for BBFS.  CFS is enough.  Greek or a double will get the final point you need for a 10.  Just because a girl is eligible for a 9 due to her menu doesn't mean she automatically gets a 9.  It still has to be quality service for me to give her a 9.  

That a TER member will read a girl's reviews and see all 6's and 7's as an example and then see her and write a review with the same score and complain that he would never see her again. That's a real head shaker to me. She has a laundry list of margin reviews, yet the guy jumps right on in anyway. What the fucking fuck? How many times do you have to be told that she is not GFE before you get it?

What?  A 6 is terrible?  A 7 is at best suspect.

But I am replying to the also part.  The review scoring itself is aligned with the TER scoring scale, if you don't provide GFE i.e. kissing, BBBJ, then you're not going to get as high a score as a provider who does.  As far as the importance and asking, many girls end the conversation when you ask before-hand, and with no reviews it's really difficult to make a decision as to if you as a monger wants to TOFTT and see the provider.
