On my regional board, just yesterday two posts went up within half-hour of each other by two different named people. They each said basically the same thing:

Check out my reviews (note plural), here is my number, and website will be up in a few days.

But both posted the same phone number, and each of them only have a single review (both for that same number) by one person who has only a couple of written reviews. There is no mention of being part of an agency to explain the shared number.

So should this be a red flag (single review each, advertising with no website, identical phone numbers) or merely two providers who share a phone and decided jointly to post and create their own websites but giving advance advertising before website is ready?

But along those lines, how many providers would share a cell phone number?

Yes, I'd be leary of that, if only two similar review posted on any provider! One of our Hobbyist told me he only will try a gal that has more than 3 good reviews! I've taken his advise to heart, and has worked good for me. Also, sometimes a Provider will get couple of her friends to post good review on her! Then when you try the gal she's a "dud"! Has happened to me couple of times, which was a waste of dough $$$. I also look out for a Provider that has say 7 fairly good review but one or two that rate her with a low score of a 5 or 6 in each catagory!

I have known a few providers that shared a phone number but quite often it is also an agency or pimp.

A real agency isn't afraid to simply call themselves an agency with no games involved.

I would be a little suspicious until you see a site actually go up. I see similar scams on the Boston board often.  If you really want to shake your head in amazement try searching on CL for the number and see if it shows up. I've done that and had as many as seven or eight different girl's names show up.

Something funny must have been going on. I don't remember the provider names to check to see if the reviews are still active.
