I haven't been able to login to my Rare Escorts account for nearly 2 days.

Anyone know what's going on? Their customer service isn't exactly stellar.

I think I need to change to another host. Rare is beginning to wear at my nerves.

It is horrible, and I wish providers would STOP using it.

It does look very generic. I am usually very surprised when a really hot chick is on one of those pages. But you don't know untill you check the pics section, hence a flaw right there.

Now I feel a little bit ashamed.

Diana.... we have no reason to feel ashamed for using rare escorts. It does not make us any less of a quality provider. I've seen some ladie's own websites that look pretty crappy. I've seen some rare escort sites that look great. Who cares. Feel good about yourself. For those of us that are not computer savy..which is me, rare escorts is wonderful.

If these gents want to judge us as individuals by our website....and not on what we say in them or our pics. Well screw them. and not the way they want either.

would provide a better way to post pictures. Some of them are too small, or too narrow or don't allow space for higher quality pics. It gives me all the info I need.

I don't see the problem. To have someone else produce a 5-10 page website and have 10-15 professional pics taken, a girl could spend $5k-$8k on that.

In my part of the country, at best, maybe 1 in 5 guys that contact me even bothered to visit my website at all. It makes absolutely no sense to spend easily $1K or more on a professional site when so few of the contacts I get even bother visiting my website at all.

Rare-escort sites are only boring and generic when ladies don't take the time to put their own polish on their site. Depsite using Rare escort, I often get compliments from those who have visited my site for its originality and the amount of thought I have put into it.

My choice of website has no bearing on the quality of experience I provide to the gentlemen who come to see me. I let my reviews testify to my quality.

...that the person running it is someone you're going to find attractive right away.  I've seen several sites where you don't get any clue about the actual appearance of the lady until you go to the "Gallery" section; it's pretty common (in my experience, at least) for sites to have an appealing  design, but the only graphical elements are stripes, or an inanimate object, or something like a picture of a woman's shoulder... at least, until you get to the "Album" or "Gallery" links, which are usually easy to find.

I have no particular objection to the rare-escorts sites, but I do think they look better with a little effort put into making them unique.  However, if they're complete, and they have decent pics and information, I think they're a perfectly serviceable alternative.  I have seen some bad ones that appeared to have been posted in about 10 minutes, with pics that looked like they were taken with a camera that someone got as a prize in a cereal box, but that's just a tool used poorly, like someone with a custom tennis racket using it as a prybar.

how expensive it cost to get a site made and oh its not a for sure thing etc etc.  Well, my site cost all of 9 bucks a month and has yet to go down.  I usually build my own site but I was so tired of dealing with my last host, that by the time I switched I used one of thier templates.  It takes all of an hr maybe to do, and requires little to no computer skills.  Maybe just a few minutes of reading directions and uploading your pictures.  I get compliments on my site all the time and it's far from expensive or complex.  I am suprised how many girl use rare escort but also don't fault them.  I would suggest to the not so computer savvy girls, try www.tiptopwebsite.com for only 10 dollars a month and easy templates, or try www.godaddy.com and get the website tonight template for 9 dollars a month.  Both are very basic and simple but look more proffesional so to speak.

I love my site, and it is not rare escorts, (Thanks to Ana) HOWEVER, If it WAS, I would do my best to make it as nice as I could. I think judgement is being passed on everyone when it is not everyone who has a rare escort site that has a seemingly ower class site. That is like saying all renters are bad when some are awesome and take good care of things. Know-what-I-mean-Vern??
You do what you can with what you have and I had a really crappy site before I met Ana. I could not afford anything else. I did the best I could with it.

Why fight pussies that post under aliases. There are certainly are a lot of them here and they are annoying me this evening. These dudes that direct anger at the girls need to do one of two things. Direct it at themselves for being prolific losers, or direct it at their wives for not putting out.

What I hate about the Rare Escort sites the most is that most do not customize so it not to try and add the site to my favorites list.

Not cool at all!!  

I went to your site that you customized and lo and behold you didn't customize it to eliminate this potential discression problem.  Please would you consider disabling it on your site and hopefully anyone else that reads this and uses "Rare" will do the same or better yet ask "Rare" to make that change in its template.

I was wondering did you do this: I need you to ping the URL then I need you to run tracert. How you will do this will be the following: go to start run type in CMD then at the C: type in ping and the url. Then I need you to look at the hops and type in tracert. If you don't get a reply for any of them then you know that you have trouble.

I just tried logging in today and had no problem.  I wasn't aware of one before.  Seems to be just fine now.

As far as Rare Escorts sucking...everyone's entitled to their opinion.  If you want to voice it and be heard, may I suggest not being a passive-aggressive little alias-using puss and speak up?!  Sheesh.  If you think that a girl's choice of web hosts reflects on her service and personae, then you are missing out my friend.  What you should be paying attention to is the content and time that she takes to present and maintain the site.  Rare is a generic template that I think is pretty good for newbs to create a web presence and not too difficult to add a little flavor to as well.  It's about making the most of what you've got, and some of us don't have a lot to start with, so we use the tools available.  

True, the customer service may not be the best.  I could say something about other sites and the level of service, but I won't.  I chose to use Rare because frankly, I can't afford to pay to host a site right now.  But I've taken my Rare url and made the site quite informational and visually appealing, IMHO.  I've taken a lot of time and care to create my site.  Never had any complaints - quite the opposite, actually.  So there.  PFFFFFTTTTT!!!

Once I get enough bank saved up, I do plan on upgrading my site and photos, but until then, I will do the best with what I've got, which has been working just fine so far!
