I came across a video of a well reviewed provider that works for an agency depicting one of her "appoinments"; it was obvious she knew she was being filmed.  I have not seen her personally; nor have I dealt with her agency.  It seems to me that this could be a breech of trust between her and a client and I am compelled to at least let her know about it. My question is: is this any of my business? Do I let her know(if so, how)? Is it expected that if you allow filming, that it will end up on the internet?

I WILL NOT be providing a link, nor will I be naming the lady in question, please don't ask.

are you saying the client did the filming and posted the video somewhere or the agency did the filming and posted the video somewhere?

Now if it was obvious the provider knew she was being filmed, do you not suppose she gave her consent to do the filming?

I find it hard to believe a provider would follow through with an appointment if she knew she was getting filmed without her consent!

You are not forthcoming regarding the nature of the video and how / where you found it. Was this a porn site, a money making site, an agency site, you tube or what? Therefore I believe you should mind your own business because you probably don't know all the facts and nature behind the making of the video. For all we know, the making and posting of the video can be very legitimate and done with her consent.

to clear it up. I saw a video posted on a free internet site with a 40+ min video of well reviewed escort.  I was merely trying to find out from the providers here if they found that to be odd and if they would like to be informed of such a situation. Yes, she knew that the guy holding the camera was filming her, and it is obviously shot by an amateur.

In the back of my mind is the thought that this was not posted to on the internet with her consent.

pm, or email works well!

a client that says it will be for his personal collection. If he gave your pictures or movies to one of his friends, that shit will leak like diarrhea.

I don't post any pictures, videos, or any form of digital media on the net of myself anywhere on the internet. I don't even send copies to people I know. I do it the old fashion way, you want a photo of me, well, I'll print you a copy.

Okay, she works for an agency, and her client filmed her. You seen some of the footage's of their encounter. Sure, maybe send her an email to let her know if you feel convicted in anyway. I don't see anything wrong with it. If she doesn't respond, more than like she knows about it. If she does respond, then now she knows about it. I wouldn't be too involve in trying to resolve those personal situations, but to just give her a courtesy notification.

does not mean she gave permission for him to post it on the net.  He could very likely have told her it was for his private collection, and she foolishly believed him.  If this is the case, you should tell her, as it is def a breach of trust between her and the client.  You could ask if she is aware that it is on whatever site he posted it on.  If she is aware, no harm, no foul.  If she is not aware, you have done her a favor, IMHO.

Just because she knew about it, doesn't mean she wanted it made public.
